Excellent service. Called at 11:45 am and a technician arrived at 12:45. Nino removed the nest and sprayed the area. He informed me that the ones that were out may be back in the area looking for their nest for about 24 hours so to try and avoid the area for the next day. Very pleased with the service and I would hire again.

We had a nest of yellow jackets on the second floor, corner of our siding next to a bathroom that was being remodeled. Many bees were ending up in the bathroom so we needed them eradicated quickly so the remodel could continue. I called at 3:30pm on a Friday. They arrived at 4:15, went on the roof and applied the product. They said it will take about 24 hours for the nest to be killed. We shall see how long this extermination lasts. But we were very happy with the rapid response to our call. I hope to never need them again but won't hesitate to contact them again!

Advanced Exterminating did a great job. Everyone from the company was courteous and professional. Nino, the technician, arrived right on schedule, just a few hours after I called. He took care of the nest, which was high in a tree, rapidly and efficiently.

They told me they would be here between 9-11 and Nino the technician was here at 9am sharp. He explained what he needed to do, what natural chemicals he was going to use, and explained the invoice thoroughly. I would recommend Advanced Exterminators to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

Jim was awesome!!! We just moved to our new home in May and there were used appliances left. (Fridge/Stove, etc) We kept noticing roaches in the kitchen & bathroom. Jim came over & found where the infestation was which was behind the fridge and also the stove. I was so upset because I'm sure the owner was aware of the problem but never mentioned it. Jim was able to rectify the problem. He recently came back to do a followup and it's been so much better. We are definitely keeping him.

The tech (Pat) called me about 1/2 hour ahead of his arrival. He was ready to go to work and as soon as I pointed out the yellow jacket entry place. He assured me that he could get his bug killer into the area, and kill the yellow jackets. The tech then reported to me that he was able to get the poison in the area of the infestation, so we should be bee free. I went into the basement and found a few dead/dying bees so Ibwill keep an eye on that area to make sure he got them all. Overall, I was pleased with the tech’s knowledge and professionalism. He was on time and gave me courtesy call ahead of his arrival. Very satisfied!!

I had a yellow jacket nest in my finished basement ceiling. I tried the usual bee & hornet spray twice but the limited access space didn’t allow me to see where I was spraying. The off the shelf spray was somewhat effective, but after two attempts I decided to call a pro. I spoke with the owner of the company and he asked if I wanted a technician out this evening. I was impressed that he would send a tech out today.

Service was great! showed up on time. walked me through the process and was told if pest persisted 3 days after treatment, they would come out again. So far so good. I will be using their yearly treatment in the spring.

I've used them a hundred times. They're perfect. I've used them for years. They're friendly, honest, excellent follow-through, timely and trustworthy. They come back for repeat calls if necessary, no questions asked. They're just fantastic. They follow through on their commitments for sure. If you spray for wasps and you find a wasp nest anytime before the end of October, they will come respray and they do, no questions asked. They show up and take care of anything.

WE CALLED THEM ON SUNDAY OF LABOR DAY WEEKEND AND LEFT A MESSAGE. SHE RETURNED MY CALL IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES. AFTER I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HER, SHE WAS APOLOGETIC THAT SHE COULDN'T GET SOMEONE THERE THAT AFTERNOON. WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I DIDN'T EXPECT THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON A SUNDAY, SHE RESPONDED WITH, ''I HAVE PEOPLE OUT THERE RIGHT NOW WORKING, JUST NOBODY NEAR YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.'' SHE THEN SAID SHE COULD HAVE SOMEONE THERE THE NEXT DAY (LABOR DAY) BETWEEN 11 AND 1. HE CAME ABOUT 11:30 AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY GAVE US A WARRANTY UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR, IN CASE WE FIND MORE. EXCELLENT, PROMPT SERVICE!
