Description of Work: The provider performed a chimney check and some necessary mortar repsirs. He called to let me know when he would be arriving at our home for both appointments. He needed to cancel one of the appointments at the last minutes and called to reschedule instead of just not showing. I definitely will use this provider in the future and would recommend him.

Description of Work: They came in and cleaned our chimney and ran a camera up our chimney looking for cracks. They told us that with the exception of a loose cap, our chimney is in good repair. Although we've used another company for chimney cleaning and checking in the past, I'll switch to using these guys in the future.

Description of Work: Gary had to cancel his first appointment as he had a flat tire, but he promptly rescheduled and fit me in even though it was his busy season. He was careful not to get soot anywhere and he was kind and professional. I would recommend him and I would use him again.

Description of Work: After inspecting the chimney they noticed an issue with some of the grouting. We made a follow-up appointment and they did the work. Very professional, excellent work. I highly recommend. I will contact them for future work.

Description of Work: They did great! the only thing that they did not look like they came to fix the chimney! I mean, I do not want to be rude, but they dressed in a dirty cloths (I understand it has to do with their job) but what about taking care of how you look! most likely I will not use them again.

Description of Work: Did an excellent job of cleaning both chimneys, considering that the older chimney either may never been cleaned since we moved into the house in 1967. They were very careful to keep the soot from getting into the area outside the fireplaces. Also, I will be having them back to do repair work on the old chimney top and add a cover to keep the rain from entering.
