BLC Roofing helped make some minor roof repairs. Carl was great in attempting to get my insurance company to budge from their unwillingness to help with repairs. While the insurance company showed very poor customer satisfaction, BLC, and Carl did all they could to make minor repairs that I could afford. Thank you Carl and BLC Roofing!

This company was professional, prompt and did an excellent job. They repaired all the Sofit and fascia on my house. The price was competitive, and fair. This is an honest company! I d recommend them to anyone I know and will definitely return if I have any more roofing needs!

DOUG IS GREAT.

I set up an appointment with Doug for an estimate and he was there the next day. I immediately got the feeling that he was hard-working, honest and was not trying to gouge the prices of the small job I needed done. He showed up to do the job on schedule and him and his workers were very courteous and did a great job. The job was knocked out in a day and the final invoice... well it was cheaper than the estimate. I have and will pass his name on to anybody that I know that needs roof work done. I am very pleased!!!!

Doug was extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. I have a 1984-built tudor mansion that had major sagging in the roof under the skylights in my family room. I had been ignoring this problem for years out of concern for cost (and fact it wasn't yet leaking), but the time had come to where I could no longer ignore it. Doug gave me an extremely competitive quote for the repair-- for replacing the entire side of the family room roof including: tear off, wood sheet replacement, new shingles, new flashing, 2 new skylights, and other adjustments, it was just over 3k!!! The job was completed in one day and looks phenomenal--workers were all very professional and took pride in their work. They were even very sweet and patient with my chatty 9-year old son who felt the need to ask the "roof people" about everything they were doing. Doug even threw in some freebies: he replaced the gutter-guards on the gutters adjoining that side of the roof because they were all bent out of shape, and he discounted our final payment because we referred him to a bunch of friends who were over that day and were impressed by the roof work. And we just had a torrential downpour yesterday and the roof and skylights don't leak one bit! I will definitely be calling Doug and his company for any future roof work we need. Outstanding customer service, very competitive price, and high quality craftsmanship--a trifecta of awesome when it comes to spending money on things we don't want to like roof repairs!

I hired BLC based on good Home Advisor reviews and now I have a good review of my own. Doug Martin (owner) is a great guy. Professional, but also friendly and down-to-earth. He provided fantastic customer service from start to finish; communicated well and always showed up. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and helpful throughout the process. This was a full roof tear off and replacement after wind damage and he originally came out to give me an estimate but then also met my insurance adjuster there to go over the damages a couple weeks later. He also provided everything I needed for my homeowner's ins. claim. We had him add 2 additional exhaust vents and switch the roof over to a full ridge vent. Doug and his crew did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. This was a pleasant experience overall and I wouldn't hesitate to hire BLC again. This is a great group of friendly, hard-working guys!

Very friendly, honest business! They explained everything and gave me a really great rate. Quality work and they patched where my leak was immediately, even though they couldn t get to the actual repair immediately. ( I knew the time frame up front from them & they kept their promise about time and price) They were very easy to work with . They showed me pictures of before and after! I really felt a sense of trust with them and would use them again.
