Professional and efficient

I had Brandon as the tech. Absolutely the best hands down. I had other companies check out my boilers and always would leave without finding the actual problem. As the matter of fact other co. would create problems. He showed up and found out my oil lines where clogged and it wasn't a faulty boiler like the others said. The tech did pretty much everything to get them lines cleaned. Now I give him all my properties to take care. Another example, on another property he basically disassembled the whole system and fixed it!!!! If you are in the Central Hudson Yorktown area 30 min. or so (I don't know if he goes further) call them!!!! The absolute BEST!!!!

They made the problem worse and charged me $500

Always showed upon time, was easy to talk to and work with and scheduled and completed the job quickly and professionally. I won't know exactly how well until its warm enough to need air conditioning.

Throughout the process of working with Brandon, he was responsive, professional and thorough in his assessment of the issue with our heating system. We ended up installing a new boiler and hot water heater. The installation process was smooth, but when we encountered a problem a couple of days later (no fault of Brandonâ s - a part on the new system failed), Brandon came to our house on Christmas Eve to resolve the issue. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and we will definitely be using Brandon in the future, as well as recommending him to others.

Do not have experience with the job request. and he failed to fix it.

Make sure you get a firm time estimate for the job. Time creep can really increase the price.

Response to my call for service was quick, and on time. The problem of Hammering in the system was repaired with a new variable speed Circulator Pump. He is professional and cleans up the work area when he is finished.

They responded quickly on a weekend evening. The furnace stopped working and the house temperature was in the 40â s. It took them just over a half hour to identify and fix the problem. They were friendly and professional. They kept the area clean afterward. We were very great full for their help.

Serviced AC unit. A bit pricey but otherwise all good.
