Mike was very likable from the beginning. He sat down with us and found out our needs and then created an estimate for both a fully catered event and also one that included all the prepared food of our choice, delivered and set up. We chose the latter. He was patient about helping us with the selections and the amount of food. He has knowledge of the catering business and assured us everything would be done very well. We had a chance to taste his food at the location in Wappingers Falls and so even though we had not known anyone that had used him we were confident that the food would be great.
We had agreed that the food would be delivered at 3:30PM. I looked at my watch at:3:30PM and he was pulling into the driveway.
Everyone remarked about how delicious the food was. We had enough racks for six half trays and put the rest of the food in the oven to be replaced as needed. The only thing we ran out of were the ribs but most people got some and there was plenty of other food.
I am in a non profit organization and we are using them for our annual fundraising dinner.

The party was a huge success and the delicious fresh food from Simply Gourmet was the reason. We were so impressed by the high quality chef/owner Michael Polasek strives for and succeeds at every level. His professionalism was very apparent. The food was so delicious, our guests never stopped raving about the quality. We were so impressed and extremely satisfied with his services. We will definitely hire Simply Gourmet for all our catering events. Simply Gourmet also has a bistro/cafe that we dine at quite frequently, which is where we became familiar with their services. Excellent food at very reasonable prices.

The whole event was a huge success and everyone had a wonderful time and experience. The food was very fresh and extremely delicious.
