Mo is an up and coming Plumber but knows as much as someone whoâ s been in the industry for 30+ years. I had an old boiler that was 30 years old and While other plumbers tried to swindle me into purchasing a new boiler, Mo was â more than happy to take on a challenge.â To my surprise, he took on that challenge at very short notice and completed the work that same day. Some plumbers might claim that they canâ t work on the electrical part of the boiler but Mo can do both. I couldnâ t be happier. Thank you Mo!

Theres a reason they are called Pros. I reached out to them on a Saturday morning when my boiler would not work. Moh came out that day and in 5 minutes, he located the problem and began working on repairing it. In less than 2 hours, the heat was back on! I recently found Heating & Cooling Pros on Google, needing urgent help to fix my heat. I've been disappointed in the past by unreliable reviews, so I was hesitant to leave one myself. However, my experience with Heating & Cooling Pros and Mo, their technician, was exceptional and worth sharing. I contacted them on a Friday, and Mo arrived that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain it to me. Since he needed to order a part, the repair couldn't be completed right away, but he was back by Monday to finish the job. Impressively, he even offered to come on Sunday if it was needed, which speaks volumes about their commitment to service. The repair was done efficiently, and my heating is now working perfectly. I'll definitely be reaching out to Heating & Cooling Pros for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

I sent Moe a video of a controller that was making clicking sounds he came with in the time he specified came checked boiler out found a bad sensor on hot water circulation discharge pipe and leaking pressure relief valve. Had to go to supply house to get parts and repaired boiler which did not want to turn on. We thank Moe and would use his company again for there service.

Could not diagnose the problem. The performed a deep cleaning of the boiler and verbally guaranteed that there would be no more carbon monoxide problem. However the problem remained.

The utmost professional was displayed by the owner who is very hands on and right to the point when it comes to getting the job done. Unfortunately my HVAC stopped working on the coldest day of the year I made one call to the heating and Cooling Pros, they came and resolved it and I have never had an issue since. I can not express how professional and reasonably priced they were, I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work to any of their HVAC systems .

They were extremely professional and friendly. Very tolerant of the conditions in the house and that I have 9 cats. They had to comply with my condo regulations, which was time consuming. It was also difficult that the major part of the unit was in the attic. Very tight and HOT!

Moe came to the rescue! On one of the hottest days of the year our central air stopped working. Ugh! I didn?t think I?d get someone to come the same day or even call me back! Moe came through and did a professional job. I highly recommend him!

Mo was so professional he gave me 3 different scenarios on how to fit the a/c unit and I wasnâ t happy with either, and then he was able to go above and beyond and go the extra mile with his scope of work and rewire and configure it how I wanted it. Would absolutely recommend him!
