Alex arrived on time for his estimate appt, equipped with a color wheel, as I had asked. He helped us pick the new color for the bathroom too coordinate with the quartz countertop. On the day of the work, everyone was on time. The painter, Memo, did an amazing job of covering dark brown paint with a light color. He cleaned up the room as if he was never there. Great professional team; highly recommend them.

This was a very professional company. We hired them to repaint and refinish our kitchen cabinets. The crew did a fantastic job!. Every day there was a supervisor to check on the status of the job and to keep us updated. The crew was very clean and protected the surrounding walls and floors. The other areas of the house were taped off from the kitchen to prevent any dust from spreading. They worked hard and did a professional job! Would rehire them in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed.

Mike Adler was exceptional to deal with and the painting and timing was terrific, would def use them again.

Painted one room complete. Price was within other painters quotes. Customer service was very good they responded to my concerns professionally. Painting quality was as good as other painters I have used, nothing special. They installed crown molding that was not done professionally and had to be removed and replaced. Would not recommend them as a rule I do not recommend any contractors that I use.

It was not good. Extremely unprofessional customer service. We had to deal with someone new every few weeks. It seems as though they do not know what they are doing.

I guess it depends on who they send. Overall, fine; they were responsive to requests. However, some people painted over picture hooks..did not remove; painted AROUND wall plate switch covers for light switches and plug receptacles, did not remove and paint under and replace them. Had to replace section of gutter that was damaged when doing roof trim. They work fast and keep things clean. Wife is less critical than I. Next time I might pay more for slower. Speed increases risk of damage (having to replace gutter) and not removing things to paint under (picture hooks and switch/receptacle covers)...the way I would have done it. Overall, OK. Wife happy enough. People are nice to work with; responsive and on time, and kept place clean.

They got the work done fast, when there was an issue with timing , they got through it as they promised and made it work. tiny delay in the work that was mainly because of changes, but they were great.

Once scheduled they did an excellent job. Quick, clean and neat. Christian was very organized and controlled the work very well.

Excellent Sales Person (Evan F). Extremely responsive - Quotes and Adjustments all processed in 24 hrs. Project Mgmt team was OK as well as the Painters.

We hired them to paint and plaster a small bedroom and a small bathroom. Contract was signed for $1800 + cost of materials. Scheduling the start of the project was a challenge, there was a lot of back and forth between us and the Scheduling manager Ido. Also, he did not always respond back in a timely manner: on one occasion, he sent an email to inform he would get back to us within the "next 2 days": on the 3rd day, I had to reach out to him. Start of our project was pushed back on a couple of occasions. We were initially told by Alan, the sales rep who came to our home, that it would be a straightforward 2 day job. When the job actually began, they found "unforeseen circumstances" that caused the project to last an entire week, as well as cost considerably more. At the end, we paid over $3000 to paint and plaster 2 small rooms. We don't even want to imagine what it would have cost us to do the whole apartment. The finished product is good, but we feel we paid too much money and went through too much stress to get this done. We will definitely try a different vendor if we do another painting job.

Well done. It was just one window (Bow). The were clean, efficient and the result was quite satisfactory.

They did an amazing job painting the exterior of our home and the shutters. They were neat, timely, and efficient. We are very happy with the finished work.

Sad to say, I am sorry I hired them. The promised prep work consisted of only power washing, even though the contract listed sanding, filling and minor repairs. Without the proper prep, the house looks like something I could have done myself and saved a couple of thousand dollars. Getting them to come back and fix it is proving to be difficult as well. I feel like the whole thing was a rush job and not a good value for my hard earned money. They seem to be trying to fit the repairs in (last I heard which was a week ago) between other jobs, again doing a rush job on our home. Both myself and my husband are very disappointed.

I never thought I would hire a professional painting company; I was going to do the job myself, but after doing some online research quickly decided I was in over my head. I found Precision and called them for a quote. The price was great and they treated me very well, not like I was just another number. I felt like I was a name to them, and they answered all my questions with patience. They worked with my schedule and stuck to it, showing up promptly and not having to reschedule appointments. The work they did was great, and they cleaned up everything as if they weren't even here when they were finished. I am really happy with the job they did and plan on using them again if the need arises.

Precision was a pleasure to work with. I had no trouble booking an appointment that worked with my schedule. The team showed up punctually, and they were pleasant to work with. You could tell they really knew what they were doing. The job was done earlier than promised, and came out perfect. No lateness, no cancellations, no issues with the finished product. I am recommending to all my friends!
