This dentist is absolutely the worse. She is unprofessional, incompetent, rude, bully, liar and a thieve. She will charge upfront for work then she will tell you she can’t do it. Once you ask for a refund she will tell you that you will get a refund after insurance check comes in. Once insurance check comes in she will deny your refund, verbally attack you and lie. She is also incompetent, I had to constantly point out to her areas she didn’t properly remove excess filing material and she will get defensive and blame it on me for not showing it to her. Also she works alone, so you will be expected to hold the suction straw during the entire procedure, If you can’t hold it like a trained professional or god forbid your arm is tired she will turn into a psycho and yell at you. She is petty and childish and lacks good manners specially for a woman of her age. Do yourself a favor and find someone else who is respectful and competent.
