It went great! He explained everything, and how the car works. He was extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, explained problems that may occur, and not pushy at all.

When my long time mechanic decided to close his business I needed to find someone who was just as honest as he was. After doing the research on line I found Caruso's and I'm so glad I did. Very professional, friendly, honest. After having talked with them I made my appointment and was very very pleased. The service was done very timely and was much less that that I thought the cost would be. They recommended what I should do in the future for service.

Great quality of work, professional and courteous people. Car drives like new. The price was about $100 more than a cheap discount store, but $400 less than a dealer. Got Angie's list discount as well. Highly satisfied with the work and highly recommended.

It was an excellent repair. They are very accommodating people. I would highly recommend them to anybody. It took probably an hour and a half. I waited for them. They had a nice waiting room with coffee. They were very congenial people. A guy came out and talked to me and explained what they were doing. I think it was a father and a son operation. The father came out and we were talking because he is around my age. It was a very enjoyable visit.

Made an appointment, showed on time, wasn't in the book but they squeezed me in, which slowed down/took time to get project done. Very courteous, great job, price was OK.

They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I had done a lot of research before I decided to have them do work on my car. I told them I just wanted an estimate until I decided on what tires I wanted and I shopped around at other car shops before I realized that they were the best. I was very happy with the work they did and they were kind, courteous, and professional. I plan on bringing my car there for all services. Thank you Joel for your patience with me while I did my homework.

I was in a bind with a friend's car which was leaking oil rather rapidly and had many issues as it had been rather neglected for years. We found Caruso's on Angie's list and to my surprise I called Monday am and they offered to take a look and gave us an appointment in 90 minutes. When we arrived 10 minutes late, they were most courteous and said they would look it over and see what all was necessary. While we went out to lunch they did a very thorough inspection and came up with a long list is serious issues which were quite involved and would run in to a good bit of money for a car which is 17 years old and had high miles. They were very detailed and discussed "must repair" issues vs what would be needed in the near future, with consideration for a limited budget and work arounds for expensive repairs. In the end I'm not sure the car is worth repairing and we talked of this for some time. I'm not clear if we will get the work done, but I can assure you I will be back the next time I need general repair work done. They did not even charge us for the estimate and inspection and really admire their customer service! thank you!

Found these guys on Angie's List - they came highly recommended, so I had high expectations. I went to their website on a Saturday, and easily setup an appointment for early Tuesday afternoon. I was told by another shop that it would be roughly a three hour job - I didn't like the estimate from this other shop, which is why I pursued another opinion. Joel called me Monday morning, and he gave an estimate, which was well under the other shop. I told him I was under a time constraint - 1pm appointment, and I really needed to leave by 4:00, if at all possible. I didn't realize it until afterwards, but he ended up putting two mechanics on my car, and they had it done by 3:00! The waiting room - with free wifi, so I was able to work from there - was very nice. The 10% Angie's List discount was sweet. Oh, they also took a crack at my extremely pesky TPMS light (I think this thing has literally been on for about two years straight), without my even asking them to - free of charge. The light ended up coming back on, but hey, they tried. Will be bringing the car back soon for an oil change, and will see if they can look in to the TPMS light more. My "old" shop could obviously not fix it, but I have a strong hunch that Caruso's will.

They are great. Joel- who handles the customer interactions- has a very friendly demeanor and always explains everything very thoroughly. They are honest about what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. I have had very good repeat experiences and trust them to help keep our cars in great shape. Prices are very reasonable.

We have a 6 year old car. In the past two months, we heard some noise like wind blowing at speeds between 30-40 mph. We brought the car to the dealer and we were told the transmission had to be replaced. We went to Caruso's (which we found on Angie's List) to get a second opinion. They fixed a loose skid plastic under the engine and let us drive home without any charges. We feel so lucky to find Caruso's on Angies List. Caruso's is very knowledgeable and honest. From now on, it is our garage for all repairs. Thank you

I couldn't be happier to have met the team at Caruso's. Joel was my first point of contact... on the phone. His willingness to answer my Q's - (albeit important to me were I'm sure very basic to him!) with a patience and kindness that put me at ease and allowed me the assurance/confidence to to move forward with Caruso's When taking in my vehicle the first time I was met with an atmosphere so different from the norm! Smiling faces! lol! Honestly though, I always felt that I was important while there. I wasn't a number. They really listened. The work they did was fast, efficient, (3 hours!) and more than fair in pricing. I'm happy to share my confidence in them as who they say they are...a family owned, honest service provider! I went to his shop without appointment but he was kind enough to check my highlander, explained the problem. He told that he will call me back with approximate cost. He called me promptly with quote and estimated time to repair the car. He did replace all the parts after checking it thoroughly and got by car back in the evening. I was happy with the repairs and appreciate his professionalism.

I can't even begin to describe how awesome they were. They did an awesome job with multiple things that my truck needed, and at a price that I thought was pretty stellar. I actually brought it in to have them replace the transmission -all ready to pay up for the whole thing. I called to check on things and they said it didn't need to be changed, they fixed the issue, and sent the transmission back. Where else can you find that kind of honesty!? I imagine anyone else would have just done that work (which is a lot more money) and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Plus, they are just a great group of guys. A++!

Joel was extremely informative and helpful on the phone and in person. During the day, we spoke on the phone several times to confirm the work that needed to be done. He also let me know what work he would recommend for our vehicle which has gone beyond the 110,000 mile service milestone. He explained the value of completing those repairs sooner, rather than later, which would enhance the performance and the life of the 14 year old car. We were very pleased with the service and will return to this provider for future repairs.

We got an appointment with in 2 days, counting a weekend, the car was serviced promptly, and we were able to pick it up repaired with in 2 and 1/2 hours.

Very courteous. Got a convenient appointment which fit my schedule. They got meright in and did the work, nice waiting room. it all went well. only thing they need to ad is WiFi.. I couldn't use my ipad. Otherwise GREAT! I'm going back. :-)

Went well. He alerted me to the need for an inspection sticker. I'd just moved to NY and registered the car here in December. DMV had told me "No need for an inspection until your current inspection expires, since the car was inspected in your former state." What he didn't know and I later found out on the DMV website was that it only applies if the former state has a windshield sticker and the state I moved from does not. So I got the inspection right away. Good catch. Thanks, Caruso.

I was in need of a auto service that could do a timing belt replacment on my 2002 Acura MDX. Caruso's had a great rating on Angie's list and when I called them they were great to talk to. The quote that Joel gave me was better than the dealership and so much more friendly. While at the shop they called to tell me that the front struts were in bad shape. I ok'd them to fix that also. They were able to do the timing belt and the strut replacement all in one day. After I picked it up and drove a little bit I noticed a squeaking nose from the front end. I took it back to them and Caruso's stated that they would have to put in for a warranty replacement for one of the struts. They got the replacement part and a few days later I brought it back for service. I had a good experience using Caruso's auto and would definately use them again.
