General Remodeling
I paid this man a deposit for the work to be done. I could not get the building permit due to waiting for his certificate of insurance. After 2 weeks of trying to receive this I contacted the insurance company he had provided to get the certificate and was told he had not had liability insurance for 2 years. I tried to contact him in reference to this and he blocked me. I am now having to file charges against him to get my money back. DO NOT use this man for any type of service.

The entire experience with this company was terrible! When they did show up, they showed up late and left early. Bill Lightner, the owner, was never around and impossible to get ahold of. Everything, from the insulation to the railing, was installed incorrectly, shoddily, and left incomplete. DO NOT HIRE!!!
