SORRY FOLKS I DID NOT USE HIM FOR A POOL BUT I HAD A NASTY BACK UP FOR MY WASHER DRAIN,LET ME TELL YA THIS GUY LOOKED AT IT WITH A CAMERA,USED A SNAKE,BUT THE DAM THING WOULD NOT BUDGE.ITS A RENTAL HOUSE AND WHO EVER INSTALLED THE DRAIN SYSTEM FOR THE WASHER MUST OF THOUGHT NO-ONE EVER GONNA HAVE TO CLEAR THIS PIPE.SO RUSS CUT THE PVC PIPE AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM THEN PUT A LONG PIPE IN THE HOLE AND PUSHED DOWN AFTER SEVERAL TRIES IT WAS FREE,AND FOR A FEW HOURS OF HIS TIME HE ONLY SHARGED ME 80.00 BUCKS,OTHER PLUMBERS WANTED LIKE 60.00 JUST TO COME OVER,SO IF YOU HAVE OTHER THAN POOL PROBLEMS CALL THIS MAN HE IS A DIEING BREED HONEST,FAIR,AND A GREAT GUY. JOHN.

Russ was extremely responsive to my needs. I have been having my pool closed for several years by a bigger company who did not take the time Russ took to close my pool. He has a new customer for all of my pool needs.

I usually have my contractor close my pool, however I decided to go with pool company to have it done this year. After called Repairs r Russ, spoke with Russ who was very professional and accommodating to my schedule. Russ went over in detail exactly what will be done on the service call explaining the steps required and making an suggestion where and when needed. The day of the call, they arrived a scheduled and did a phenomenal job closing the pool as well as offering suggestions that will save us both time and money. Needless to say we were very pleased with the services and price offered by Repairs R Russ and will most definitely used their services for all future openings and closings.

After initial mix up with Home Advisor concerning how to contact contractor, Russ called within one hour of knowing of the problem. He and his crew accommodated us by making an appointment for service for the next day. They were professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Steve came next day and got my pump and filter up and running. ..came the following day to vacuum and shock..very nice guy who explained things to me and taught me a few things about pool maintenance. I would definitely hire this company again. Thanks Russ and Steve!

Did great job power vacuming pool.Explained what had to be replaced plumbing wise great value for job done.

The original visit was very late, but he was still able to look at my pool and determine what would be needed. He came back the next day and the day after to make sure everything was done correctly. They seem to really know what they were doing and cared about the job.

The service was good nad fast

After i agreed with him to take care of our pool issuse i had to called him many times. Often didn't show up when he said he would and i would have to call him to find out why. He came and said he fixed the issuse with the pool...however he didn't... I had to call him to come back to fix the problem. He came back and called me and said he found the problem and would cost more money. I told him to fix it. I paid him for both times he came to fix the same problem. The next day i noticed the problem was still going on. Ive called him three times since and he hasn't answered his phone or called back.....I had to call another company who came and fixed the issuse in an hour...highly disappointed,

If I could give Russ 10 stars, I would. He is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to find and fix the problem for the lowest cost for the customer. He is honest and completely fair in his pricing. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and what the problem was. He is the only one I would trust my pool with, and give him the highest recommendation. We have used him for a few different issues this sum and he is a pleasure to deal with. Will be using him for all future issues. He is truly a trustworthy professional!
