They were very nice and knowledgeable

Took $40 from me said it was the eletric not the spa and told me to get an electrician. My Electrian can and he confirmed and I knew the ska motor was bad causing the electric to trip.

Great guy. Came to my house determine what the issue was and fixed it. I was very satisfied

Russ, called me back within minutes of posting the service I needed done which was a new pool light installed in my inground pool . Russ came that evening to survey the job. The job was completed two days later within 30 minutes . The light works great. I would recommend Russ to anyone .

Very honest businessman with very fair pricing. I hired him based on previous reviews and am so glad I did. I had a compound pump problem with bad threads on a blown out fitting as well as a defective one way valve for the pool heater causing a return line restriction They figured it all out and I m back in business. I ll definitely call them again when needed

This man not only took money from a dying man on hospice, who hoped to sit by a pool in his last days, but he did not come back and finish his work. He did however take $400 of the $600 quote. Then, when asked why he did not return, he went silent. Not only did he not return phone calls, or texts as his voicemail stated, he then did everything he could to avoid contact. Now I have a lawyer and formal complaint into poor business practice. Mind you, this is a family of veterans and he is aware of that. He has complete disregard of this and he has primary knowledge that this is the case. There was no way to discuss him coming to finish the work because his last words were seen you at the end of the week. That came and went and no calls or returned calls to set up a new date and time. Poor poor business practice. Very poor business transaction and absolutely atrocious customer service. Not to mention that he took money from a dying, 78-year-old man, who simply wanted his pool opened one last time. To sit by it while on hospice.

Prompt response to my request for help. He came within a day to estimate the problem and fixed it within 3 days. The actual cost was higher than the estimate but I could clearly see that the job was bigger than we originally thought. Very courteous and professional. I recommend this service and will use him for all my pool needs.

I set Up service last fall after Russ called about servicing a part but I had already closed our pool. We set up service for May, yesterday, and lo and behold, there he was on time and early in the day! I wasnâ t sure to expect him with all these pandemic problems happening but there they were! Everything was done neatly and properly-what a pleasure. Now need them back to see about working on the pool heater. Nice guys all around and sooo very pleasant!

By far the best service around Russ is honest trustworthy and gets the job done!! I recommend him to everyone he went above and beyond to do the right thing

Very honest and knows what he is doing. Job was done on the day we left for a week in N.C. Today 8/26/19, we found the pump was not on. When turned on, the pump hums and the jets do not come on. Need him to come back soon.

He called me immediately after I posted the job even though it was past 9pm. We spoke the next morning and he was at my house by 10am. The only drawback was that he didn't have a thermostat in stock. He had to go out and get one. That prolonged the time of his service. However, once he installed it, it worked perfectly; and has continued to work properly. Since the temperature was so low, he was very concerned that I get this job done right away.....which he did. Thank you Russ

Highly unprofessional! Never showed up for our appointment, did not call and did not respond when we called to find out when they were coming. Were always late when hired before as well, two to three hours late without a courtesy call. Kept us on the hook, ready to open our pool; we had prepared everything as they instructed and no show! They are highly unprofessional and do not value their customers nor do they respect their customer's time. We have a small child and cancelled some important activities as well as some work related activities for them to come that day, and they haven't called or answered our messages since! Please save your time and don't hire this company for your project needs, they cannot be depended on at all!
