Russ answered my call, and asked all the right questions. He came to my house, on time, as promised the SAME night (7:30 pm). He trouble shooted, and found my problem. He didn't have the part he needed to fix my pump, but took it home, fixed it, and bought it back the next night! We went from a green pool on Wed to a sunbathing-swimming weekend! Price was reasonable, work is great, and Russ is a true professional. Update - one week later - we had another issue related to the pump tonight. Russ came back, fixed my new issue on the spot! I am keeping your number to share with friends!

We all should be so lucky to deal with more people like this man. He is truly a fair and honest person. His hard work brought our pool back from pea soup to sky blue making my kids quite happy. He followed u on our problem 4 times and is handling our filter issue. His not looking to rip people off and i am so lucky to have met him and used his service. russ came to my house the same day i called even though i had told him that i might not use him. He showed up gave me a price i couldn"t believe turned around and fixed the pipe. He is just great. He came here on Sunday I just can not get over what a pleasure it was to deal with him
