Company reps were to visit the site prior to delivery. They only looked on Google Earth which made delivery and pickup very difficult causing damage to the landscape and lawn prior to and after the wedding. The unit was delivered on time and was very nice and clean. Price was $1350 plus a refundable $500 deposit for any damage. Upon pickup, they inspected the unit very carefully, noting white spots on one mat and one broken lock and noted the two items on the pickup slip, a copy of which was not provided to us. A subsequent e-mail was received itemizing the damage which included damage (corrosive stains) to a counter top requiring replacement. The e-mail incorrectly states that countertop damage was shown to us at the time of inspection and noted on the inspection form. Of all the vendors used for the wedding, this company was the most difficult, disappointing, negative experience.
