When I came home from work last week I could smell sewage in my home. I found the back up in the backup in the basement and realized the water level was rising with every drop of water that we used upstairs. In a panic that it would overflow into my basement I called Jet it and forget it, Stephen was there promptly and the blockage was no match the serious firepower of his truck, I didn’t even know such a thing existed. I’m so grateful that he came to our rescue. He was professional, polite and worth every penny. I never thought I’d ever need to have a drain guy but if you smelled the stink of that mess you’d be glad to have one too. Thanks so much Stephen for your excellent work.
