Mr. Gropper was very easy to talk to about my taxes and finances. He was very professional and informative. He recommended changes to my withholding status that I did not realize, that will save me future payments of taxes to the IRS. He also helped in managing my withdrawals from my 401K. An area I was not too knowledgeable about. His staff was pleasant and Mr. Gropper was attentive. I also had no problem with follow up calls. His insights were quite useful, and he spoke in a layman's language that I could understand in navigating the preparation of my taxes.
