Talked with Jim's wife and then he dropped by to chat. It was a bake off between Arista, Sears and another contractor. I got the best vibe from Jim (and the best price) and went with him. Sears would have been $1000 more and taken two weeks to deliver the door. Jim was able to get there in a two days and change out the door and the garage door opener. He did the work himself (alone), took his time and did a fantastic job. The thing that really stood out was the customer service from Jim and his wife. I can't recommend them enough. He did a fantastic job and I am very, very happy with the work.

I called for an estimate on a Thursday night. Jim came an hour later, gave me the estimate and explained everything about the install. The garage opener was installed the following day, less than 15 hours after my initial call. The installation was perfect. I can't say enough about Jim and the job he did. Jim explained the use of everything to me since this was my first garage opener. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have an opener installed. In addition to all of this, Jim and his wife are very good and caring people. You couldn't ask for a better experience, especially today when some companies don't even return phone calls.

This was a large new door installation (16' x 9') in a new steel building. The door was in stock but in 2 different locations & the springs were not immediately available due to the holidays but Jim went to both warehouses & picked up the door sections. He then came & installed the door w/o the springs so the garage would not be exposed to the weather while waiting for the springs. He then returned when the springs arrived & finished the job. Maria in the office was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process keeping me informed as to the status of the parts & expected time frames. This is a very dependable & reputable company to do business with in this day & age of unreturned calls & the prevalence of businesses not returning calls. Jim was prompt for both appointments & took the time to answer any questions or to address any of my concerns throughout the process. I would gladly have them work for me again & highly recommend Arista Garage Doors & consider them the best of the best.

Arista secured the Garage Door shaft above where the door opens. Not only that he re-secured the motor/light in the middle of garage to make sure that unit was secure too. He did some preventive maintenance by lubricating all of the tracks, pulleys and door hinges. He is very experienced, pleasant to deal with and answers all questions. Service was beyond expectations and I will use them for my garage door problems/replacements in the future.

From first contact Arista made a wonderful impression. It was like speaking with an old friend. They explained exactly what they were going to do and quoted their fee for the work. They arrived 10 minutes early, went straight to work and completed the repair within 45 minutes. The work was excellent, their rate was more than fair and he left my garage in excellent condition All was cleaned up and any debris was removed and carted away. I highly recommend this service.

I am not eloquent enough to explain how pleased I was with the service provided by this company. They were honest, respectful, courteous in all aspects of the services provided.
