THIS IS THE SECOND MAJOR RENOVATION I HAVE HAD ISLAND HOMECRAFT DO. THE FIRST WAS A COMPLETE KITCHEN REMODEL A FEW YEARS BACK. THE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE MASTER BATHROOM WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY, TIMELY AND NEATLY. WORKING WITH ISLAND HOMECRAFT MAKES A JOB EASIER. THEY HAVE ELECTRICIANS AND PLUMBERS THAT THEY WORK WITH. THEY COORDINATE THEIR SCHEDULES SO THAT THE WORK KEEPS MOVING ALONG. THE OWNER, DAN BOLGER, IS VERY ATTENTIVE TO THE JOB AS IT IS PROGRESSING. HE IS OPEN TO ANY IDEAS THAT A HOMEOWNER HAS AS WELL AS SUGGESTING SOME OF HIS OWN. HE IS VERY PATIENT IF YOU DECIDE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES ALONG THE WAY. THE TILE WORK THAT WAS DONE IS BEAUTIFUL. THE BATHROOM LOOKS LIKE IT WAS REMODELED YESTERDAY. THE WORKMANSHIP IS TOP NOTCH. HIS CREW IS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND MAKE SURE WHEN THEY LEAVE EVERY DAY THAT THE AREA IS CLEAN. I HAVE RECENTLY CONTACTED ISLAND HOMECRAFT TO DO MY NEXT MAJOR RENOVATION. THE GUEST BATHROOM. I WILL POST A REVIEW WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE.

THIS PROJECT WAS A MAJOR UNDERTAKING AND INVOLVED THE TEARING DOWN OF AN EXISTING KITCHEN, REMOVING WALLS AND FLOORS. THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURES WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY, NEATLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW KITCHEN CABINETS, FLOORS, WALLS, MOLDINGS WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE TO HIRE MY OWN PLUMBER OR ELECTRICIAN BECAUSE ISLAND HOMECRAFT WORKS WITH A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS THAT COME IN AND DO THE JOB. THEY COORDINATE THEIR SCHEDULES IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY DOWN TIME. AS A HOMEOWNER IN THE MIDDLE OF A JOB LIKE THIS, YOU WANT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE OWNER, DAN BOLGER, IS HANDS ON, LISTENS TO YOUR IDEAS AS WELL AS GIVES HIS INPUT. HIS INSIGHT TO CREATE A DREAM KITCHEN IS REMARKABLE. THE END RESULT WAS BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED. THE BIGGEST COMPLIMENT I GET IS WHEN WE HAVE GUESTS AND THEY RAVE ABOUT MY KITCHEN.

Dan went over, & over & over ideas my husband & I had. He was very patient with us, didn't rush us. He gave very constructive advise. No work was started until we were very sure of what the completed project was going to look like. A contract was agreed upon & work started. The workers were very tidy, at the end of each work day, it was cleaned up as much as possible. I knew what each day was going to bring - who was going to be here & what was going to be done, what time they'd arrive & leave. The project was an other success with Island Homecraft & us, and the apartment is spectacular! I can not give Dan enough praise & thanks for all the work he has done in our home. I have passed his cards & phone number to many friends & family. I would not even consider an other contractor in my home. He's a diamond!

It was an eleven-out-of-ten experience from start to finish - Dan and his crew were professional, timely, and courteous throughout the construction project, as were his subs (electrician, painter, flooring). We could not be happier with the outcome - the look, finish, and function of our kitchen is our dream come true...and more. Thanks again, Dan!
