They are wonderful and even had to move a large dinning room table to get to one of the rugs. They were very timely and indicated that there was stains to be treated and that some of the fringes needed to have some work done at a later time.

These guys showed up just a little bit early (that's "punctual", in my book!), told me in advance that if any stains soaked through the carpet into the padding, and it's still wet underneath, the stains in the carpet might come back through from the padding. They were fast, efficient, professional, and I was surprised it was done so inexpensively. Because it's so cheap, I'll probably do it much more often now. The only thing that sucks is that the floor is wet after they leave (I presume this is the same with any company you go with), and they warned us that, after leaving the carpet, put on some shoes so you don't slip on the wood floor (your bare feet are wet). They said it could be wet for up to 24 hours. I put some big ol' fans here and there on the carpet, moved them around after an hour in different spots, had the a/c's running, and the carpet felt completely dry in approximately 5 or 6 hours. It looks beautiful. I'm really glad I called these guys. The original estimate was for a minimum of $75. When they arrived, we asked them to do some additional space... so it cost me an extra $13, which I was happy to pay.

I found this company through Angie's List. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work done; they did a much better job than a different company did last year. Two men showed up, brought in the equipment, measured and priced the job. They were clean and professional and did very good work. They finished in under two hours.

They did a great job. They were so reliable and helped move my bed around their work. They were true professionals. They were pleasant, knew what they were doing and were careful with my home. I didn't have to watch them the whole time. They charged reasonable prices. I would use them again.

The carpet usually gets steamed once every other year. I called several days in advance to schedule an appointment during the week. Was explained minimum charge and what work was provided. Got a call the day before confirming the appointment. The two man crew, Juan Carlos and Gustavo, arrived with their equipment to the apartment building within the expect time frame. Since the carpet is at least 12-15 years old and buckling in a few places, I asked and they indicated that the carpet was worth cleaning but they could not guarantee that some stains would disappear. Rooms and hallway measurements were taken and an estimate was provided. The steam cleaning took about 1 hour. They took special care in moving items (even heavy dressers) away from walls to clean the carpeting. Before leaving, they reviewed the work and cleaned up their equipment. The carpeting was like new even in high traffic areas! My aunt was extremely happy with the results and would have them come again.

The appointment was made quickly. Accurate estimate given. Company called next day to confirm time and appointment. The workers came during the window of time stated by the company. Workers were professional, had a contract ready, and verified final price before they started work. Final price was extremely close to estimate. The workers were fast and efficient. The carpeted steps were cleaned beyond my expectations.

Long Island Carpet Cleaners Incorporated does great work. They've been a well-respected carpet cleaning business for a long time. They were very professional and took great care of my rugs. I thought they were very responsive and they came when they said they would. My rugs look beautiful now.

They did an excellent job; I felt they were very honest in telling me that I was better off getting new carpets. They could have just ignored that fact and cleaned them anyway just to charge me. However they were more concerned with doing a good job so much so that they advised me free of charge to change them. I appreciated that very much. Overall a very experienced company and I highly recommend them.

The truck and three uniformed workers arrived exactly on time (which no one does in New York!), unloaded a monster cleaning machine, hooked it up to the garden faucet and went to work. Within an hour the work was done. They even cleaned the large doormat in the front hall. Finally, one guy went over all the carpeting with aerosol Scotchgard spray. The only glitch in my mind was that asked for payment and signature on a satisfaction report before the work was finished, but as they had cleaned here before with no problem, I went ahead and signed. There was no estimate before work was commenced, and I was told that the workers would measure when they got there. As the price seemed about right I did not complain. The lead worker warned me that it would be a few hours before the carpets dried, during which time they might be slippery.

This carpet cleaning business is the place to use in our area. They are exceptional in terms of cleaning Persian rugs and they get the job done right the first time. My rug looked beautiful after they cleaned it and I would highly recommend their services to other people in my local community.

This is a company that understands that I want convenient work done that is of good quality. I liked them. I felt they were reliable and dependable. They charge reasonable rates, or rates that are competitive with other companies so its not outrageous. I would use them again. I had no complaints and found the service to be very good.

In two weeks, the area rugs returned in outstanding condition and extremely clean. The cost for the large rug was $891 with the 5 x 8 one being free. The business was running a special for the second one being a free cleaning. I am a repeat customer as I truly appreciate the capabilities and customer service.

Long Island Carpet Cleaners are a very service oriented company. If I had any questions they were very helpful in answering them for us. I was referred to them by my Aunt and Mother. They did a nice job but I felt like their prices were a little high.

I found them to be a little pricey, but the service is great.

Two men with a large machine arrived on time and explained the procedure they would follow. They stayed for about an hour and left the furniture looking like new. I was concerned because the fabric seemed like a velvet that would be hard to clean but they did a very good job.

Professional service, helpful, and fairly priced. I would not hesitate to use again and I probably will.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS FINE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY CAME AND DID THE JOB, THEY LEFT, AND I AM HAPPY. I THOUGHT THEY CLEANED MY FURNITURE WELL.

They used a method which involved completely soaking the carpet and then drying it. It was very effective even in getting out dog urine, which can be difficult. They did some repairs as well. They are rather pricey, but in my opinion, they are worth it.

THIS COMPANY TOOK OVER THE COMPANY WE USUALLY DEALT WITH. THE COLORS BLED BECAUSE OF THE IMPROPER CLEANING PROCESS THEY USED. THEY DID NOT ADMIT FAULT, BUT IN THE END, GAVE US COMPENSATION FOR THE RUGS. ORIENTAL RUG OWNERS, BEWARE!
