Their sales mans was very professional and they gave me a discount but he INSTALLER was a little rude and he missed a coupe of things. It was for a window installation. They didn't want to move a few things that were needed that i had to do myself for them to work.

Windows were replaced with no issues. A pleasure to do business with

I had 18 windows installed all triple pane I couldn't be happier with these windows this past winter I really felt the difference.

Other than the crew could've done a better job on cleaning up outside work perimiter they job was done professionally.

This is my second job done by Tri-State window factory. We purchased a window 2 yrs. ago and love it so we decided to do my bow window and 2 double hungs. Andreus gave us a great price and a factory tour. Their manufacturing process is amazing! The installation team came yesterday on time to install our beautiful new windows. The workers were very nice and knowledgeable and they left my house neat and clean. The windows are beautiful and much nicer the the Andersen windows I had. The entire process was painless, it is not to often I can have something done to my house and not have anything to complain about!! The whole process took about 3 weeks to complete, picking out the windows, sending a professional to measure my old windows, making the windows and installing them. Thank you to the entire staff for a beautiful and professional job!!!! We can't wait to do the rest of the windows in the spring. I highly recommend Tri-State Window Factory.

Job went fine. I was impressed with the salesman, Marc, who came out. The presentation was excellent and informative. He actually brought a window to show me the quality of their product. I had 2 other companies come out and give me quotes for the job-no demo by them. This was the only company that took the time to educate me as a homeowner.....it was the best! I didn't get a hard sell by the company and was able to take my time with my decision. I'm glad I went with a local company instead of one of the BIG ones. I was able to get more window quality at a fairer and lower price, especially in light of the fact I don't have standard size windows. A prior owner put iron burglar gates on the windows downstairs which had to removed. One window company said it couldn't remove them, and I would have to find someone else to remove them before it could install any windows. Tri-State stated it had a lot of experience with these gates in NYC homes and could be easily removed at no extra cost! Plus disposal would be included!! Once I decided to go with Tri-State, the installation department worked with my work schedule and keep me abreast of any scheduling changes. However, the installers did disappoint me a bit....they didn't come with any drop cloths to cover furniture-Thank God I covered mine before they arrived. But they did do the job in 1 day and worked diligently until the job was completed (from 10am to 7pm with few breaks!!). When a window got cracked, I didn't have to call anyone to complain... the installers had apparently already called the office before I noticed!! Within 30 minutes someone from the company called me to schedule a time for the replacement to be installed in 2 days!! The crew easily removed the window gates and took them and all the mess away!! I could not have asked for more professional installation and great product!

Everything went great! Tristate called several times to confirm the date the work was to be done. On the date, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. They worked as a team to get the work done as quickly as possible. Clean up was also very good. The windows and the door look great and work well too! Money well spent...

The product is terrific. The crew that came were very nice and on time. They cleaned up their mess and everything. The people in the office and sales person was nice, but when the sales person came to the home I had to bargain for the price of the roof.

These guys were great. From Ken in sales , to the installers. Only complaint was the lady in the office who was rough when I called inquiring about the status of the job when it was taking longer then expected.

I first contacted Tri-State Window Factory over the winter when I knew that I needed to replace my current bay window since it was sagging and the windows were no longer aligned properly. I sent them an email and received a call back the next day. Andreas and I discussed my issue and he explained that they would replace the window. I was hoping that I could just get the window repaired and thanked him for his time. He was very professional and let me know that it was no bother and if I changed my mind, I could always reach to them. As we approached spring, and I had people share their opinions, I realized that repair was really not an option. I began seeking out estimates for the cost of a replacement. Renewal by Andersen was canvassing the neighborhood and I asked them to review. They gave me such an outrageous cost (more than 5x the cost of Tri-State). I then remembered my conversation with Andreas and reached out to them again via email. Just like the first time, I received a call back immediately during their business hours (keep in mind, I send my emails either late at night around 10pm or early morning around 6am). Andreas invited me to their showroom and he explained to me their process, showed me their windows, and gave me a complete tour of their factory where all the windows are made. I was very impressed with the quality of their products and how they do all the work; there is no middle man. I was also extremely impressed with the U-factor of their windows. Tri-State, by far, has the lowest U-factor than any other company that I had seen. As described on the energy-star sites, the lower the U-factor, the more efficient the glass. After having to stuff the gap of my windows with newspaper and foam for the winter, this is a huge factor. Andreas and I sat down to discuss numbers and the price was very reasonable, so I signed a contract. Now, could I have found the windows cheaper? Maybe, but I do not think so if all things are weighed equal, and also, how much cheaper would it have been? Bases on all the estimates, not a significant amount, and I felt Tri-State's product was superior, so definitely worth it. I also feel that when you are doing business with a company, it is important that it feels right. That was the feeling that I got when dealing with Tri-State; they responded to all my inquiries immediately and I did not feel that I would get lost in their system. After all the measurements were taken, and my windows were custom built right at their factory, it was time for installation. The install crew showed up in the time frame that was given to me. They proceeded to remove the old window and install my new bay window. The crew was very respectful of my home and were extremely tidy. They made this entire process seem extremely easy. They were meticulous in their installation, making sure every detail was perfect. When the window was fully installed, the crew then started working on the roof. I was very confuses as to what they were doing since the window was installed and I did not understand the relevance. When they were done, they explained that there seemed to be some water damage on the old wood they removed. They wanted to make sure that there were no leaks that could impact the new window, so they reinforced the area around the window, gutters, and roof. When my family, friends, and co-workers saw the before and after photos, they could not get over the difference. The new window looks extremely elegant and adds such much character to my home. I could not be happier with the work that they did and Tri-State will be the first call I make when I need to replace more windows in the house.

They completed the job in one day, cleaned up and all the windows look and work great. I hired them already to do another job!

The staff arrived promptly on the date of the appointment. They repaired everything and even more than I expected and were very professional. I was extremely pleased with their work!

In my initial review which stated how pleased we were with Tri-state windows, except wished we had a follow up call to see if everything went ok, our salesman Ken called to thank us for the positive review and apologize for not reaching out sooner. Tristate is truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommend to anyone. Very satisfied with this excellent compamy.

The sales rep I met with was Ken. He was nice and very responsive from the beginning until the end of the project. With window replacement being the first part of the major renovation for my house, I was being extremely careful. I would sometimes text Ken 10 or 11 o'clock at night with questions, and he would respond right away. He was very straight forward and upfront about what to expect of these windows. Next comes the crew. They are just as professional. They did a very nice job with the installation. At the beginning I thought that some of the windows were smaller than I expected. Of course, that's no fault of the installation crew. If anything, it was due to the mis-measurement. However, Ken was very patient to explain to me that the frames of their windows are naturally larger than those branded windows because it's triple pane. Overall I am very happy with the installation job. The only complaint I have with the windows is that the glasses turned out to have more green tint than I expected. Although when I went to the showroom, Ken explained to me that I should expect some green tint due to the coding, but since I didn't see much of the tint in the showroom windows, I figured it shouldn't be too big of a problem. However, when all the windows were installed in my house, it turned out to be a lot more green than I expected, perhaps due to the lighting around my house. But I guess it is no fault of Tri-state since Ken already warned me of this. However, I was told that I will come to appreciate this green tint in the winter. I shall see how it goes this coming winter.

They were very responsive to my initial email. Set up an in home estimate quickly and was very prompt for the estimate as well as the appoint to take the measurements. I had received other quotes but were much higher and not as good a quality. I am looking to have more windows installed and plan on going with this company again.

Great. They introduced themselves when they came in, put clothes down everywhere and took care of the entire house.

I had a very good experience with Tri-State. First, they have a higher quality window just a like a few other better quality brands. So it is worth it compared to what you get at big box stores, etc. although the prices are going to be a little more per window compared to cheap brands. I got the middle model they carry and it is definitely beefier when compared to the other windows in my house just by looking at it and is very nice looking. Second, in terms of service, they came out for only one window which isn't a profitable proposition for them outside of me using them for more windows in the future. Some companies don't want to be bothered for one window so it was very helpful that they came out since this was part of a bathroom renovation I am doing myself and needed it done. They came to measure and install within one week which again was helpful to me during my bathroom renovation. The one guy who measured and the other guy who installed the window were very courteous, prompt and professional. As far as longevity of the window and warranty, etc. of course I won't know for a while since it was just installed but I would definitely consider using them when it comes time to replace the rest of the widows in the house down the road. The replacement window is a higher quality product and the installers do a nice job.

Excellent!!! After they took measures from the wrong window… they offered me a good discount to do a new window or fix it at no cost!! This company all ready install 2 windows a Bay and a Bow window installation whent well, smoth,clean, and neat. I had Ruben and his crew, very nice guys and very professional people! Windows looks amazing got the triple glass and kripton gas and, Oh boy! i can see and feel the difference!! No more chill getting close to the windows very high energy efficient!! I had 3 other companies over to see what they offering and the price as well, i think tri state windows makes a better wimdows than Anderson! Anderson keeps manufacturing the same old wood frame windows that the previous onwer of my house installed in 1987 they do have new designs with vynil and aluminum!! But i thik they are too pricey. Tri state windows makes a better wimdows for a better price and they have a safety mechanising for little kids!!! A nice feature for easy cleaning and they look terrific!!! From the outside the glass looks darker!! That helps to reflect the sunlight helping you to save money on the summer! I am in the middle of my 3rd Bay window from this company after they give me $1000 discount because the mistake of taken measures from the wrong window! I think this company really care about costumer satisfaction and they do make costumers happy!!! We are so happy with our new windows price it is much better than other companies i try four seasons, king quality windows, and pella windows i and think we made the right choice TRI STATE WINDOWS MAKES A BETTER WIMDOWS thank you!!

I made an appointment for Tri-State to return and take the window measurements and the windows were installed less than two weeks later. The installers showed up on time, polite, very, very neat and professional and the installation went smoothly. The new windows are beautiful and the quality is excellent. I just love them!!!

Excellent results. I was provided with prompt sales visit, measuring and installation within the month. Workmanship and attention to detail are impressive. We have used Tri-State before and will continue to use them in the future.

From start to finish, the tri-state window team performed a job well done. Initial consultation sales rep (Ken) was informative, professional and level set all our expectations. During the community board approval process, the tri-state back office team was very responsive providing videos, paperwork and specific documents shortly after any request. The installation team was courteous, punctual and hard working. Our window replacement was completed and delivered as expected. A job well done!

Installers were able to correct the out-of-level casing and window trim. They were very friendly and supportive in correcting a issues and made several visits until the problems were corrected.

The quality of the replacement vinyl windows seems very good. I am happy with the value for the money I spent on them. The storm door and front door seem of excellent quality, but are pricey. The installation started on time, but ended quite late in the day because the crew was missing some helpers. Despite the lack of help, the two engineers installed the windows and doors with minimal mess. I was worried that I would spend the entirety of the next day cleaning up, but instead I had only a bit of vacuuming and wipe down of the installation areas. I am impressed with the service of the installers, and if the windows and doors hold up well, I will definitely use them again in the future if I ever replace more doors or windows.
