Two years ago I replaced a large bow window in the front of my house. After much research and pricing, I chose Tri-State for the installation. The quality of the window, plus their professionalism, sealed the deal for me. So, two years later, I need more work done, my first stop was to Tri-State. I was recognized immediately by Andreas and I explained my next project. He came by my house for the estimate and within a week we already had the installation date set up. As with my previous project, their work is exceptional, and I could not be happier. The crew is extremely courteous and clean. When the same companies I contacted two years ago call and try to earn business from me I tell them they blew it. When dealing with Tri-State, you are not just a job to them. They treat you like a valued client, they are professional, and their quality of work is second to none. Their pricing is extremely competitive and I would urge anyone who is looking to replace their windows to give Tri-State a visit. I have already used them twice and have another job planned.

My journey to Tri State began when we had an estimate for a relatively small bay window in our kitchen from Renewal by Anderson. Their best quote was $9,800 - I was astonished at the high price. I quietly asked myself how can "normal" folks afford new windows for an entire house when in need if ten grand was the price for a small bay window. After telling a colleague at work, she mentioned Tri State and the work they did for her and husband's home. I began my research which took up most of my free time for the next two weeks. I researched all the major window companies on the Island, but I kept coming back to Tri State. After taking the plunge and visiting their Deer Park location and meeting with Andreas, I decided on an in home estimate. The quality and price met our needs. The crew of Fernando, Rubin, Miguel and Dennis were excellent. They began work at 9:45 in the morning and ended shorty after 5 that late afternoon. 17 of their top rated windows, all caped, all insulated, all given extra trim, caulked and debris taken away. Looking back at it, it was relatively painless. I think now that for the price of one relatively small Renewal by Anderson bay window, I replaced all of our 20 year old poorly installed windows that came with the house we purchased 13 years ago - amazing. Had such a positive experience with Tri State that we are going with them to do some gable siding work on our home next. Highly recommended.

I cannot believe how happy I am with my windows and doors! The men came and worked incredibly hard and got everything done the same day. From beginning to end the process was easy, everyone was nice and knowledgeable. It was truly an excellent experience! I really really like the quality of everything I purchased, the windows tilt for easy cleaning and lock when I close them. The guys showed me how to use everything and I watched them test the front door about 50 times, until it closed properly. They also put drop cloths down everywhere so that my light beige carpet stayed clean. Best experience I have ever had with people I have hired to do work and I would have ZERO qualms about recommending them.

Tri State makes a quality window. I had replacement windows done in 3 rooms in the front of the house. After a perfect installation, nothing had to be touched up on the inside or the outside. They are sturdy and easy to clean. I also had a custom window built in the back of the house which required enlarging the opening. The installers provided a larger molding in order to cover the edges of the wallpaper. Once again, the installation is perfect inside and outside. Our salesman Ralph was knowledgeable, helpful, and very attentive to our needs. Their prices and fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.

From ordering to installation only take 2 weeks and as promise for Saturday installation, Price is reasonable and great workmanship from removing old windows, installing and cleanup, All 5 crew members need to be recognized their great work (Jose, Luis, Fernando, Leone and Rene) It been three week since installation completed, during this time it have been rain, snow falling and 30-40 mph wind gust, all windows have no sign of leak and wind draft, in fact the windows so good it make my room temperature 3-5 degree better compare to my old windows. Only one minor issues is the insulation caulking they put it between the window and the window stopper it have difficulty to paint on. I’ll definitely recommend “TRI-STATE WINDOW FACTORY”

The door manufacturer - ProVia - solved my problem, not Tri-State.

Fabulous! Received an excellent price that was almost 50% less than competitors....Great sales staff and the installation was smooth!!! A window got cracked and it was replaced in days! Definitely a great experience.

This is the third time I have used Tri-State window factory! I could not be happier. Andreus my salesman was great to us again. In my opinion these windows are far superior to the Anderson windows I have used in the past. The entire process was painless from dealing with Andreus (our salesman), the guy that came to measure and the install team. The installers did a fantastic job installing my windows and cleaned up spotless when the were done. There is not one thing I can complain about. The Tri-State windows I had installed last year were incredible over the winter, no drafts or cold air coming in anywhere and on the coldest day the glass on the inside was just about room temperature! The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Very impressed with all we had contact with, from those in office on the phone, to the salesperson, and the installer. We will use Tri-State again and have recommended them to friends and family.

From the salesperson to the technician to the installers, everyone was friendly knew their subject matter well and did a great job. I love the new Windows and the automatic locking feature. I would go with this company for any other future window installation.

They did everything just fine. The area was neat and clean when they left. I dealt with the salesman first. He was very good. After that I dealt with the two installers that came. I did have an issue with several of the windows that they came back and rectified right away. They did a good quality job.

Tri-State's new patio sliding door replaced a terribly botched-up and previously installed door by another company. Tri-State’s sliding door is of high-quality and craftsmanship and the installation was perfect. The door slides freely, is water tight and keeps the cold out. No drafts. It is beautiful! Andreas, who sold me the door, is honest, polite and friendly; a pleasure to work with. The installation crew was skillful and professional; all-in-all a positive experience. I highly recommend Tri-State for their fine products and excellent service.

The service was great. The installers were able to remove the steel frames embedded in the concrete walls without damaging the foundation or breaking any old glass and install the new vinyl windows. When it come time to replace the remaining windows in the house, I will definitely call Tri-State again
