The Yoga Lily

Pam Lunz founded this lovely studio and is the instructor there who I take classes with. She is very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.  I appreciate that she knows both yoga and the body, so she can make sure students are doing things safely to each individual's level, and offers modifications for those who need them.  I also appreciate that she mixes in things from various styles to keep things interesting. She also has a theme for each class to provide a focus. 
 The studio is very comfortable. There are thick sticky mats there for students to use in class and tea tree mix spray & cloths provided to clean & disinfect them after each use. She also provides blankets, blocks, bolsters, & straps. A nice trickly fountain, plants and music make it a very pleasant environment. 
Pam offers a variety of classes taught by herself and other instructors. I have taken Rebecca Varno's Yoga for EveryBody class on Sunday mornings for make ups. Rebecca is also excellent & gives a really good class. Very enjoyable& truly suited for all ( not just those with skinny yoga bodies - which I don't have)   The studio also offers a large number of workshops each month at reasonable prices.  (the price I put in above is per class if you pay for a whole session - generally it's $88 for an 8 week session - with discounts if you take more classes per week. There are often other discount specials offered too. 
The studio is conveniently near me with plenty of parking, so I was really glad to discover that this studio had opened - a little over a year ago.
