About us
Minnow Associates started off as a small Real Estate Development and Construction company, founded by Daniel Miller in 1988. From the beginning our goal has been to buy, develop and hold real estate for the long-term, constantly improving our assets, both physically and financially. In Construction, we try to provide the same services to our customers that we would provide for ourselves - no shortcuts or cheap solutions. This mindset carries over to our Brokerage and Management divisions, preferring to build long-term relationships rather than short-term profits.
