I hired Tom for a renovation. Even though the job was small, I felt Tom gave me the attention he would have given his larger jobs. He is extremely punctual and professional and helped obtaining the building permit from the Town of Eastchester. I would highly recommend Tom to any of my family or close friends that need the services of an architect.

Tom did a good job and was very responsive and worked with my schedule. I already had my design but needed to get it drawn by an architect in order to submit it to the building department and get the permit. He was the most reasonably priced of all the architects I reached out to. Some wanted a percentage of the renovation cost but since I already had my design I just needed drawings to get my permit. He was flexible and came through. There were a few errors on the drawings but he made the corrections when I pointed them out. I would work with him again.

"I wish this client had waited until the project was completed before reviewing. I believe he would have given me all 5's as most of my other clients have. This job was presented to me as simply 'giving the DOB a plan' so they could issue a permit, with a few modifications. It turned into much more than that and will require a variance which was not part of my scope of work."

It was a major renovation including the addition of a second floor with several rooms and two full bath rooms, relocating the garage, extending both the front foyer and the kitchen. The project was implemented in two phases. They did a great job. The outcome was wonderful. They were very patient in helping me to deal with the building dept such as getting a variance, and modifying the plans when needed as the construction was taking place.
