Fergo Contracting Corp

Work completed after 2 and half weeks. Top deck leaking down to bottom deck along the entire perimeter where deck and house meet and along the front / underside of the top deck where the ceiling meets the cross beam. Fergo was contacted the first time, post repair , leaking and water running noted in same areas as originally reported. Fergo contacted a second time, water still leaking post second repair in previously noted front of porch and chimney/ deck junction and deck/ house junction to the right of chimney. Fergo contacted for a third time, post third repair water still leaking from front area of porch and water running down chimney/deck junction. Fergo contacted for fourth time after contacting Angi s list and responded they would send workers to troubleshoot leaking. 2-3 wks later with no response or follow up, Tucek and Sons was contacted for exploratory and estimate to repair extensive leaking. Exploratory revealed that ice and water shield which is not a self healing membrane was pierced with a vast multitude of screws for decking and rails, creating water leakage at all points as well as incorrect and in some areas total lack of proper flashing at deck/ house and chimney/ deck junctions. Tucek estimate details the entire top deck must be redone to ensure adequate water resistance to the deck below.
