 + -1 moreSteven from REFACE 2 contacted me through text message, and I called him. I explained that I needed to replace a bathroom sink faucet. I live in VA and the job was in Bronx NY. I asked him to call my sister in NY so they could set up an appointment to get the job done. He did. He completed the job in a couple of hours. From the time I called him and he got in touch with my sister they spoke and he actually went to Home Depot to buy a new faucet. While he was in Home Depot he took pictures of different faucets and sent them to my sister so she could decide which one she wanted. She really appreciated that. He got to the house and replaced the faucet. He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Would definitely hire again. He traveled from Queens NY to Bronx NY. which was greatly appreciated. If possible I would give STEVEN of REFACE 2 10 stars.

I had a staircase that really needed some attention and it became a hazard one day as one of the kids almost had an incident on it. I put out the add, they responded in no time I explained the urgency to get it fixed, we negotiated a good price. They showed up on time were quite professional and did a great job restoring the stairs. Everything was well done and they even did a great job cleaning up afterwards so that was one less thing to worry about. Overall I liked their service and would definitely book them again for any other job this old house might need.

 + -1 moreReface 2 did an excellent job when I needed my kitchen floor done. They came on time and in an organized fashion, quickly assessed the task and worked efficiently and promptly to do my kitchen floors and fix my sink pipe. Thanks to Reface 2, I am one step closer to my dream kitchen!
