He is very punctual and very communicative. He always checks to make sure that it's the best time to come out and spray. He is very flexible in terms of meeting the needs of his clients. We've had him for over two years now and we're very satisfied with his services. We have negligible pest problems here. It's successful.

After building our new home, there were literally thousands of insects, from the house being in open air for several months. The technician from Triple J has dealt with all types of insects, and knows where they like to live. The application takes less than an hour, and as long as we do this regularly, the insects can be controlled.
