The salesperson who sold us the windows apparently left the company shortly after receiving a $5,000.00 deposit from us, making it impossible to get the work done. After making numerous calls, it took four months to get the first bunch of windows installed and the installation work is great. The crew wasn't careful while doing their work; on the second level they cracked my roof tile and ripped some decorative trim on my windows. I had to call the company because the crew abandoned the job and was given the owner's number, which only ever resulted in answering machines. It has been six months since anyone was here, we have a sliding glass door, and numerous windows that were left here uninstalled and we are missing two large bay windows. I have called the owner numerous times and continue to get his answering machines. The work never was finished, and I still have most of the windows. I only paid the deposit to the salesperson and no one from the company wants to talk to me.
