Green O' Aces Pools & Landscape

My wife and I started our backyard project towards the end of 2019 with Green O'Aces and could not have been happier. We purchased our house with a dirt lot in the backyard with plans for installing a pool, patio, pavers, etc. I had done a lot of research and we met with many many contractors, but we never felt comfortable with any of them; something just seemed a bit off. When we met Ace, we were greeted professionally and with respect. All of our questions were answered (and we had a lot!). Ace took his time and met with us to make sure he understood what we wanted to do for our project. His prices were very competitive and reasonable for the amount of work we needed to do. In fact, we had gotten a lower bid from another popular pool company here in Vegas, but ultimately decided to work with Green O' Aces instead. Our backyard project was nothing fancy and any issues that we encountered (and these were very minor), Ace and his team took care of right away. Green O'Aces is a one stop shop, which I liked because I didn't want to deal with multiple contractors and companies. I highly recommend Green O'Aces and will be referring them to whoever needs their services. Thank you Ace and your team for a job well done!

My experience with Green O’ Aces was exceptional. Ace and Ric are great to work with and always available when needed. They did a great job answering all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. We love how they pay attention to the smallest details. It is very refreshing and easy to work with people that are responsive, educated, and most importantly honest. Our pool and back yard were completed on schedule and all of the contractors were professional and did an outstanding job. Green O'Aces did a fantastic job. This is a messy project, but they kept it as neat as possible. Ace creates amazing designs and can execute your vision perfectly. We had several companies quote this job, and we are so happy we went with Green O'Aces.

From the initial visit to the completion of the project Ace was a complete professional. We worked together to get a solid design that our family loved. He was very accommodating to any of our concerns and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the final product. Thanks Ace!!!

Excellent. Everything was completed as promised, and the space was utilized perfectly . We couldn't be happier with the finished product . A built in gas fire pit in the ground has dual purpose with a cover for a play area for our grandchildren . Our landscaping has done amazing with bountiful fruit and trees . Ace was very helpful, pleasant and always available if needed . We set a budget, and everything we wanted was accomplished .

Ace did the design work for our pool, patio and landscaping. Ace's ability to take our ideas and bring them to life in a great design exceeded all our expectations. He then supervised the crews that did the work and the crews were always on time and very professional. Price was competitive with other bids we got. Ace was always extremely responsive and available by texts whenever we had questions (which we often did initially as new pool owners). As you might expect from a project so complex there were a few minor issues. Ace was always quick to address all of them to our satisfaction. He came to the house multiple times including as recently as last month to help us with some minor questions. We are extremely happy with how things turned out. We have received numerous compliments about how amazing our back yard is. Beautiful and functional. Highly recommend Ace and his company for pool, patio and landscaping. Wonderful! Ace is very good at helping find exactly what you want and within the budget you have in mind. Their team is very friendly and professional. We got 3 bids for our pool and Green O' Aces Landscape came in with the best value and really listened to what we wanted with a landscape we created together-unlike any other!

It was a great experience. My review will include both the pool and landscaping design and construction together because I see them as somewhat inseparable. I had worked with a couple different companies and in every case they would simply take my 'requirements' and ideas and regurgitate my exact thinking into their design. Well I'm not a professional pool designer / landscaper so my ideas may have not been the right thing to do. Ace was different because while spending time to understand my requirements, he was also trying to understand the underlying intent. He came back to us with several options, one that was the verbatim design of my requirements and then a few others that were his ideas based on his understanding of the intent behind my requirements. He provided digitized mockups that made it very easy to visualize what the end result would look like. He provided great recommendations that would both improve the design but also provided us with options that could reduce cost. For context, we have a very large yard by Vegas standards. This allowed us to have a HUGE pool and still have plenty of room for some grass (fake) area, large deck, RV parking, etc. The pool is ~40,000 gallons that includes a deep end with slide and diving board, oversized hot tub, toddler pool and a full length 25m swim lane (seriously). It's totally unique, looks great and has something for everyone (toddlers, kids, teens, adults). I have seldom been through a process like this where the final result looks exactly like the initial design but this was amazingly identical. The final result looks spectacular and looks exactly like the visualizations we reviewed together and approved for the design. The design of the pool and the decking blend seamlessly into the style of our home. I had to completely trust his judgment on the landscaping (not knowing anything about it) and we love the result. We have an oasis in the backyard that's easy to maintain and looks great. Ace managed the entire process, clearly knew all of the contractors and was onsite constantly throughout the project to oversee the work, provide on the fly changes that were appropriate and make sure we were progressing as expected. We started on time, he handled all the paperwork and coordination with inspectors, and fixed anything that we felt wasn't quite right. We finished a little later than expected by a month or so but we hit some very cold weather spells that slowed things down a little but nothing unreasonable.

After exhaustive search for company to design/build pool/spa, BBQ island, fire pit and yard, we found this one. It was important for us to find a single company (i.e. one-stop-shopping) versus possibly nightmarish situation with numerous companies (separate company to do each major piece). Despite our few but very specific requirements, they produced terrific, integrated, well-thought, and thorough plan with computer images, which made it easy to visualize and confirm that we are on same page. They offered many credible, “no pressure” advice; some even saved us money. All improved the overall plan. They did it all within budget, on schedule, and in high quality. We never wondered what was going on as there was constant, advance, meaningful communication. The after-care service was superior, from answering simple questions to teaching us about pool care and maintenance (first-time pool owners), to routine landscape care/maintenance service! Bottom line is they treated this project as if it were their own! We love it all, as do our family and friends. Wouldn't entrust anyone else with this project.
