I asked them to finalize the date to have the work done so I could have an estimate submitted. That was the last I heard of them. I've called them multiple times just to get to this point. I've already contacted someone else to get this estimate. I just needed an estimate that separated the solar panel damage from the roof damage so I can give the solar panel provider the estimate.

This company is top-notch in every way. Jay, the owner, returned my initial phone call promptly and set up a day to come to give me an estimate. I received a detailed estimate via email of the exact cost. The roofers were here promptly at 6 a.m. on the specified date, and completed my roof by noon. I was amazed...my neighbors also commented on the efficiency of this team of roofers. The clean up was meticulous, they didn't leave a scrap or nail . My roof looks wonderful. Loved this company!!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Jay Ariat from the beginning. When I first contacted him on the phone for an estimate, I told him that i wouldn't be home but that he could come over and check it out anyways. He said he would rather meet the client in person and arranged to come over on a day I had off. This impressed me, as I was also dealing with other trades who had no problem providing service without meeting me or not being home. On the day of service his crew showed up at the time he said they would and then he showed up shortly thereafter to make sure things were going on track. His crew were friendly and polite and cleaned up all the debris, I would also like to add that I told Jay that I had just had my pool resurfaced and filled up and was concerned about getting roofing nails in the pool. He made sure to make his crew aware of this. Very pleased with Jay and his company. Would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.

I found him on Angie's List. He was lower than the other guys and did more work. His price was great. When I called, I left a message, and he called me right back. When he came out to inspect my roof, he was on time. He followed through. He made sure that the workers were doing well. His workers were fast and on time. They were pleasant to be around. It took them two days and it was beautiful. The way they did everything was awesome. I highly recommend them.

Fair price, job completed expeditiously, crew was punctual, friendly and cleaned up daily, roof looks great.

Jay Gray came out and inspected the roof on February 2nd, 2016 and gave me an estimate for the repairs which I accepted. He called the next day and set up February 12, 2016 for the work to be done and he called the evening before to confirm the appointment. This morning his crew of 5 arrived at 6:30 a.m., and went right to work. The crew chief rang the door bell at 9:30 a.m. to let me know that they had finished the job. It was all done in a very professional and efficient manner and I couldn't be more pleased. If we have any more problems with our roof I will certainly call Jay Gray at Ariat Roofing to fix them.

Came out on time, as promised and provided a competitive estimate. We decided to move forward based on the estimate, contacted them multiple times via phone and email, but never heard back from them. Not even the courtesy to say they were too busy, or that the job was too small.

On date arranged, crew showed up at sunrise and swarmed over my roof, stripping it to the sheathing. At sunset, the crew had replaced the fascia, cleaned up the debris, and applied the felt. The next day the crew installed the shingles that were specified and were done in three hours. As an added bonus, all roof vents (pipes, etc) were painted to match the shingle color. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

The work for the bid to the finish went very well and very professional. Jay was excellent on all counts.

Jay was extremely flexible with our initial schedule to provide us an estimate. He fit us in between two other previously scheduled work jobs in old town Henderson. He was precisely punctual and very courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done and provided us with pictures for explanation. Jay gave us a very fair estimate for all the work that needed to be done. Ariat was not the lowest, nor the highest bid we received. However, Jay seemed to be the most forthright and honest while explaining the exact work that should be completed and also explained to us work that some others might convince us needed completed but was over and above the necessary job. When I called Ariat back to accept the estimated contract, the office staff explained the current workload on their crews for the next several weeks. We had asked that the work not be performed the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas due to family comings and goings. They were able to schedule a crew for three weeks following the estimate. The crew was punctual, professional, courteous and completed the work very efficiently. They completed the work in approximately four hours, made almost no mess what-so-ever, and took away every bit of the demolished debris from the old porch roofing. My mom, who was home the whole time the crew was there, stated that she actually forgot the crew was working because they worked with such little impact to the occupants. She is very happy with the work and wanted to be sure to sing their praises on Angie's list.

They arrived on time, completed the work quickly and cleaned up well. I am not a roof expert but it appears they did a very good job. Jay seems like the kind of owner who would make sure the work is high quality. We like him a lot and would certainly use Ariat Roofing again and recommend them to anyone.

Pleasant initial meeting, estimate arrived as promised. Appointment within the week, prompt arrival. Great work crew and knowledgable boss. Inspected at end of work, with ground cleanup. Excellent work by all. After several recent downpours, leaks all fixed!

Very simple process from start to finish. Called on a Monday and my roof was finished in 5 to 6 hours on the following Friday. Great service, polite staff, beautiful and quality work.

The job went smooth, the Ariat crew showed up on time and went immediately to work. They were efficient, mindful of trash etc. The lead of the crew had questions/suggestions for me, we talked through them and all went very well.

Everything went Great. The workman was on time and, after accessing the situation, completed the work in about 5 minutes.There was no charge!

Started great- Jeff the person who came to do the bid was prompt, personable and professional. He took the house plans with him to help prepare the bid. After that it ended. I was to receive a call with the estimate from someone else. 1 week , nothing, called and left message. 2 weeks , nothing. Called and left another message- nothing. Next I called Jeff on his cell and he answered right away. Was surprised and embarrassed I had heard nothing. Promised to call the boss and call me right back. He did, but with the news the boss decided at some point not to go forward. No real explanation. He will bring the plans back. Company has high ratings- maybe if you're lucky to be selected- I wasn't and it was probably a $40,000 job. They wasted my time and precious weeks waiting to fix our roof.

This is a great company to do business with. We chose them because they actually provided an estimate with photos of the broken parts of the roof so we could literally see what they were talking about. We had broken spots on our roof that we would have completely missed had we not seen pictures. The work was scheduled and the workers showed up on time and were done the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure the debris was cleaned up nicely and left no trace of broken tiles behind. My roof no longer leaks and I am very happy with them. If you need a roofer, this is the company to use. It was truly a no nonsense experience. After everything was completed, the manager stopped by to do a final inspection. How much more professional can one get?

They did a great job. The employees are very pleasant and polite. They were very professional.

The crew showed up early for three days and was willing to take on a larger job than expected, since they had not planned to replace the roof, just reshingle and replace some sheathing as needed. They worked quickly over 3 very hot days.

Arrived on time, did repair work, cleaned all areas of dust and leaves. Finished in less than three hours. Don't look any further than this provider.

They were wonderful! Arrived a few minutes early, got straight to work, and completed the job in 2 hours. Completely cleaned up my front yard of all roof debris etc. Jay and his crew are knowledgeable and very customer oriented. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone; they're great!

After a couple of years of elusive leaks and numerous repairs we finally called Ariat roofing and we are very glad we did. They are very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the problem. They also repaired some broken and misplaced tiles and did a nice job of cleaning up. We wanted to wait for a couple of good down pours before writing our review. I'm pleased to say not only does the roof look good, it finally no longer leaks! Thanks Ariat!
