After arriving at the scheduled time he he determined the proper equipment that we would need based on the size of our house and family. Approx one week later when the parts were ready he called to setup and install time. He was able to work with our schedule and came buy the next day in the early evening to install the softener. Quick work was made of the installation and adding of a faucet, about two and a half hours. He then proceeded to walk me through start-up and operation of the system and checked for proper operation. Overall i was very happy with the quality of work, the softener equipment he suggested and we have had no complaints with the softener, especially with out having to scrub the glass after every shower.

AC was not working well. Temperature inside the house was barely being maintained so units were constantly running. One of the units had a horrible vibration with the whole unit shaking when running making a noise so loud it could be heard inside the house. So I saw the Angie's List big deal for a $49 AC Tune-up offered by All Around Heating & Cooling, bought it and gave them a call for an appointment. Luis (I believe this was the tech's name) came out and inspected the units. He said they were in reasonably good shape given their age and with proper maintenance should last a few more years. He suggested replacing the condenser motors and that we needed freon in both units. Since the units are old, the parts needed to repair the horrible vibration in the one unit were no longer available. He fabricated a "fix" forming and attaching some sheet metal to stabilize and add strength and support to the fan blade support. Now that unit works great with no more vibration than a normally functioning unit. This work was performed in early June 2012 and both units performed great during our 110+ degree summer. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and the value.

I was extremely impressed. Luis truly cares about his customers. Doesn't only want to solve the problems he is paid for but looks for a solution to whatever may or may not be wrong. Knew a lot about his field and very friendly. I will be sure to go back any time I need air conditioner or heating assistance.

All Around Heating-Cooling-Plumbing did a good job. I will probably use him again if I have another air conditioning problem. He was quick and very professional. He got to us quick and real fast. It was 110 degrees out when he did it, so it was appreciated. It took 4 hours from start to finish.

Did not use company and paid $25 for a quote and the other companies did not charge me.

They were awesome. They arrived in about 10 minutes after I called. He was here for about 10-15 minutes and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed pronto. He was very professional and clean. He also cleaned up after himself.

Called several air-conditioning service people in the weekend. Needed to replace our fan motor of our AC at our rental. Every quote I got was exaggerated $1000, $650, $590, $ 500. They were quoting me like they were pulling numbers from the air. Some of the service people I talked to didn't sound like they know what they were talking about and were very vague on how they will handle my problem. Some were very dismissive and was kind of condescending and telling me that I was a woman and might not understand anything about A/C. Was very insulted. I almost gave up . Dialed another number and I spoke with LUIS, the owner of ALL AROUND HEATING, COOLING AND PLUMBING !!!! (Needed to do ALL CAPS cause that's how happy I was finding this A/C service) Luis carefully explained to me the process of how to replace the fan motor. He said that the work will take about an hour to an hour and a half and will be at our rental place between 11-12 and will call when on the way. Sure enough I got a call around 11:15 and they arrived at 11:30. Luis and his technician finished the work in an hour. I was SUPER impressed with the way they worked at my place. Very respectful of our property. ( I have seen a lot of construction people banging every door they pass without care. Jamming things on the wall, breaking some appliances..... . Awful) But Luis and his assistant were so very careful and mindful of our property.They were both were very professional. Both were very presentable with their company uniform. BUT MOST OF ALL...... THEY FIXED MY FAN MOTOR and the PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE !!!!! I was extremely satisfied with their work and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them anytime. My friend was RIGHT ON THE MONEY for referring ALL AROUND HEATING , COOLING AND PLUMBING AND Luis to me.

He said it would cost $1,500 to $1,600 to fix. The homeowner's association requires us to notify the Board about external work like this and I called the President who told me the job was waaaay overpriced and I should get a second opinion. I then asked Luis to come and do the inspection I had paid for - he acted really annoyed and mostly made disparaging remarks about my plumbing without much constructive advice. This man seems incapable of smiling.A half hour later, I had another plumber give me an opinion - $200.00!!! He fixed it this morning without drama or jackhammer and said total parts and labor were only $150..00. I gave this honest person a full $200. I DODGED A BULLET by getting the second opinion and avoiding Luis Jones' overblown pricing and ego. His visit was not worth the $49 coupon.

I called and left a message, twice. Never got a call back.

Luis is a great guy. I had him give me an estimate on a bathroom remodel while he was here. If I have the work done, I will definately call him. He offered good advice and gave me some great ideas.

Had a leaky outdoor faucet and purchased an Angie's Big Deal for this work. Luis came on time, evaluated the current configuration and replaced the hose bib with a high quality valve. Couldn't have had a better or more positive experience. Don't hesitate to call.

The tech showed up very quickly, was friendly, offered his opinion without checking the unit. He could tell without looking at the parts.

Weeks later, my AC unit went out. I will not use them again.

I liked his performance and he came within an hour of my call. He is friendly and courteous and explained what he was doing.

After purchasing a complete plumbing inspection through Angie's List, I called Luis Jones to set up an appointment to inspect my water heater. Luis agreed to come on Monday to perform the inspection, however, he never showed up nor returned any of my phone calls. Even to this day, Luis has not returned any of my phone calls. I depended and relied on this plumber to provide a service, and his failure to follow through as promised left me without sufficient hot water and thus having to rely on a more reliable and trustworthy service provider. Luis stated that he called when he was on my way to my house. However, both my husband and I took off of work that day to ensure that we both were at the house. I gave Luis both my house and cell phone numbers. Furthermore, I repeatedly called him that day when he failed to show up and afterwards but received no answer. To this day, I still do not have a personal response or message left from him. I had to contact Angie's List to intervene in order to figure out what went wrong and ultimately Angie's List gave me a refund due to Luis' unresponsiveness.

Extremely prompt response for a very hot day in Las Vegas. Completed work in a very timely fashion. Very personable and businesslike owner/operator. I would use them again without hesitation for any A/C or plumbing problem

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List. Louis was punctual and he was very quick to give an appointment and once he was here, he explained everything to us and gave me indications for what to look for if anything goes wrong. He was very quick at what he did.

It was a puzzling situation in that I had issues out of his job scope, he approached it with professionalism and eventually got the problem figured out. I am very impressed and happy with whole experience.

I'm the one my parents call when there is an issue around the house and they are in need of professional repair services. They trust me to find them the best help possible. My parents A/C unit stopped working. We had had no idea what was wrong with it other than no air was blowing through any of the vents. I knew that this issue had to be fixed as soon as possible at an affordable rate. I received a recommendation from my fiance who had just had a repair done to his A/C unit a few days back. He said he did a great job and got the problem resolved in a timely manner. I went online and was happy to see they had a website to refer to. I have to say I was very pleased when i saw that it is an independently owned and operated business. It gives me more of a sense of trustworthiness towards the individual knowing that he's not working under anyone or being "ordered around" to go fix a/c units in this torturous 120 degree weather. It's HIS business. I was pleased with the 24 hour availability and immediately contacted the number listed and spoke to the owner, Luis. He was very professional and said he would be there as soon as possible. He shortly arrived and inspected the unit and gave me a free estimate. It seemed reasonable. He answered all of my questions and I agreed to have him do the repair necessary to get my a/c up and running. Overall I was pleased with his availability, efficiency and professionalism. If you need something done correctly, quickly and accurately Luis Jones is most definitely the person of choice to complete your service needs.

Luis had an appointment for 11 am Called said he had a earlier opening. So said sure come early if you like, He arrived around 10 am. Asked the age of the unit. 1998 He checked pressures and said it was fine. He noted that the Motor had been replaced at an earlier time but was pretty old so had to be way in the past. He noted the bearing where going bad and leaking. So recommended a new more efficient motor as well as changing out the capacitors. He felt with this change that the system should be fine for a long time to come. I was going to not have him do the work and try to get competitive bids and that would have been fine with him. Just make sure they offer the same quality, he was sure he was very competitive. So I said go for it, he had all the parts on the well stocked truck was done withing 30 minutes. Its good to deal with responsible owners.

Luis is amazing. He is punctual, honest and quick in getting the job done. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

They both did a GREAT job and we were very happy and pleased with the job they did. This was the second time we have used this company and will certainly use them again if the need should arise and would more than highly recommend they for anyone needing most any kind of repair and maintenance around your home!!!!!
