I called All Around Heating & Cooling because my heater wasn't working. I got an fast appointment and the technician that came out was so polite. He found the problem right away and got my heater up and running. he replaced the ignitor in heater and i paid $190. Very professional and efficient and low prices! I'd definitely use them again.

All Around Heating-Cooling-Plumbing, Luis Jones performed services at an excellent level! He arrived at the agreed upon time, performed the inspections quickly and made several money saving recommendations. I will definitely use his company again. I will recommend All Around to my friends.

I feel that Luis Jones did an top notch job. He was professional, always on time, and very patient and thorough in answering my many questions. I am very happy with his work and would not hesitate a moment to highly recommend him to anyone.

I called All Around Heating because of a referral from a friend, and Louis delivered just like my friend said he would. I was having a problem with my thermostat in the house, I called him and within an hour he was at my door, he checked it out and said the setting on it was wrong, its a programmable one and somehow how I locked it. Within a few minutes my system was up and running again and has been perfect ever since and he said since it was nothing he didnt even charge me! Thats pretty incredible. I highly recommend Louis and his company to everyone!

I wouldn’t use his services again. I don’t think he was very knowledgeable, and he charged for 5lbs of air conditioning coolant. I don’t know if I needed that much coolant, since I’ve never had that much coolant added before. He did take care of it and everything worked out okay, but I found another company that is less expensive that I can trust more.

I wanted my AC checked out so I responded to the Angie's List offer. It was obvious that this was a come-on for more business so it really wasn't a complete diagnostic check. He only looked at the outside units, not the evaporators. He brushed aside my concern that one of the units was producing condensate from the high humidity, but the other wasn't. He never looked to see if there was a problem. He said he wouldn't touch my units, because they still had one year of warrantee left and if repairs were needed it would void the warrantee. I said all I paid for was diagnostics, not repair and if he discovered a problem I would contact the manufacturer. He said that he shouldn't even be checking out the units. After he left, I called the manufacturer and was told that I, the owner of the units, should have them checked routinely and that would not void the warrantee. If repairs were needed, they had to be performed by a factory authorized serviceman.

The worker came out and told me that no work had to be done and that my A/C unit was a tank. Very honest and advised me to contact Angie's List for a refund.

Would never consider doing business with someone who doesn't call or show up for an appointment.

I called and e-mailed them the week of 6 December (it expired 15 Dec) to try and schedule a visit or get an extension and as of today, 31 Dec 2012, have not heard anything from Mr. Jones. Most disappointing...

I sched8uled and they never came out. I don’t wqant to waste another day waiting for them. I have decided to cancel the service and get a refund for the big deal. They said that their insurance doesn’t cover work on the roof but offered to come out and to see if they’d be able to do the work since it was in the attic.

Started badly because phone calls and emails were not returned. This was due to a new phone that was not functioning properly. Once we established a time, he was on time/early and we changed the appointment time a little earlier. He was honest and said everything was looking good and no further service was necessary. Music to my ears and it was a short appointment for him as well - so a win-win for both.

Overall, the job performed was outstanding. Took approximately 15 minutes from start to finish and my A/C system worked flawlessly throughout the entire summer without a glitch.

I called them and they did not answer back. Because it was an emergency situation I hired someone else and prompted a refund request from Angie's List!

I was very happy with the service.

No opinion because no service was provided. Work date above is invalid also because the system would not take 00/00/00.

He showed on time and did the work necessary, test check and cleaning, on my gas furnace. Everything was and still is functioning well.

Neither system required immediate work but the owner/operator reviewed a verbal check list with us to identify problem areas before they became too costly. He also patiently answered questions and gave us tips on items not covered by the order. We will not hesitate to use his services in the future and highly recommend ALL AROUND HEATING-COOLING-PLUMBING.

Very good inspection, informative & helpful.

Luis and his helper were punctual and pleasant, but I had some concerns because he removed the top of my a/c unit and within a couple of seconds told me I needed a new fan motor, but I did not ever see him add any freon which was part of the "big deal" I bought. He did show me where the motor was leaking oil and quoted me $590 to replace the motor. And, although I have not had any problems since he did this work, I have always had this concern that there may not have been any freon added to my a/c unit. On the plus side, Luis guaranteed the motor for five years. However, he promoted his other services (electrical, plumbing, and bathroom remodel) a little too much. After having spent $590 this was not the best time to try to upsell other services. Angie's List requires I choose Yes or No in the "rehire" section, but truthfully the answer is "maybe". I would probably shop around first, but wouldn't completely discount Luis.

Everything was replaced and is working just fine. Happy with the service and professionalism.

They came out and said "There is really nothing to clean". They just look at the unit and suggest you buy a new one. I have a home warranty that will pay for it when I need a new one.

i was told their was no problems and that I should be good for about three years. I asked if their was any work that needed to be done and I was told no. You have no problems your unit is fine. I felt very good about that because, I could have been charged for something that I didn't need. Honesty goes a very long way with me.

These guys were straight forward. They came out. Told me what was wrong with the AC. Gave me their recommendations, didn't push anything on me, then left. That's what I like to see. Give me info. Give me options. Not pushy. Good deal.

Luis was right on time and went to work right away. He flushed the water heater and gave the rest of my plumbing a once over. The really good news was that he fixed a pressure problem that had been driving me nuts and it didn't cost a cent.
