This service providor was in and out in about 10 min. We thought he would a little bit more than he did. I felt like it wasn't worth the price that we paid.

I knew I could drain the water heater myself, but was interested in having the anode rod changed. When I asked him about that, he said he doesn't do that because it's a 'waste of money'(???). This was the first (and only) time I heard that it was a 'waste of money' - everything else I read says it extends the life of the water heater? Was he right? Only time will tell

He was held up at his previous aptointment, so he called a half hour before he was due to a: apologize for the others holding him up, b: when would it be best to reschedual this if not today. He said it looked to be an hour before he would arrive, I had absolutely no problem waiting for such a conscientious workman. He arrived within five minutes of his estimate and was awesome.

I spoke to the owner Luis, who also made the appointment and did the service call. I had purchased the leak detection special and Luis was prompt & professional.He had a lot of great information as he also inspected and flushed my water heater. I would most definitely call him again if I need a plumber.

I purchased the All Around Heating and Plumbing $39 A/C checkup from Angie's List. Having had Luis come out and do my Heater check last fall, I was so happy with his work I did not hesitate to purchase his A/C deal. I gave him the option as to when to come in the next 10 days as I live almost out of town going to Reno. We made an appointment in 3 days in the afternoon. The day of the appointment, about 9am he called and indicated he was running ahead of schedule and if I was OK with it, he could come about 10am. He showed promptly, clean, neat and well groomed ... and his shirt identified him and his company. I accompanied him to the ground level A/C. I indicated that the 13 year old unit had been repaired twice and parts were installed each time ... but did not remember what parts. He identified the parts immediately, ran a test, replaced screws that the previous guy had failed to replace and indicated that the A/C was good for another year. I told him previous repair men had told me it was on its 'last leg'. He indicated that they probably wanted to sell me a new one. We discussed the cost savings with the newer models but he never pressured me at all to buy a new one. Walking back around the house, I indicated my thermostat never seemed to register correctly. He immediately went to the thermostat (a new one from NV Energy) and saw they had not filled the space where the wires were coming from the wall. Therefore, the thermostat was getting the temperature from the leaking air. He immediately filled the air hole with some sort of caulking and said that would help. However, since the thermostat was on a un-insulated garage wall, that the readings would be affected by the garage temperature. He was pleasant, listened, worked fast and never left a mess. I WILL ALWAYS use him from now on. I trust him totally.

I purchased a $49.00 AC tuneup and called Luis for an appointment. I promptly got a date for the following week . Luis called me Monday morning and said he was running late, no problem on my end, it was nice to get a heads up. The condenser inspection and test took only about 15 mins. He reported one of my capacitors was rusting and explained the symptoms/procedures to prevent damage to my compressor/fan. Overall I was satisfied with his service would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Luis called prior to the appointment time to tell me when he was on his way. Very pleasant and professional. He got right to work when he arrived and answered my 1000 questions completely and politely. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good information while he was working never making me feel stupid. I have been a real estate agent here in Las Vegas for the past 9 years and would definitely recommend him to all of my clients.

.My husband heard a drip in the wall. He never noticed it before. He went to get his hammer to bash in the wall to investigate... This is where I come in.. I stopped him from destroying my bathroom and went on Angies list to look for a plumber. I saw the excellent reviews "All around heating and cooling, plumbing" received and I figured I would call to get an estimate. Luis Jones answered the phone and set up an appointment for today. He called to say he would be a little late, (15 min) I expected that since you never know how long an appointment is going to take but it was refreshing to get a call saying someone would be late. Mr. Jones arrived exactly 15 min later and looked around. He listened to us, then listened to what we heard, looked around some more and told my husband that we didnt have a water leak.. (what?) really? He said he wasnt going to bust our walls open and charge us, when he KNOWS that it isnt a leak. I dont remember what he said next, I was still shocked from him saying it wasnt a leak. When does that happen? Never. Plumbers are expensive. We were prepared for that. He came all the way out to my house which is on the edge of Henderson/ Boulder City and didnt even charge gas money. I wanted to hug this man. Just for being honest. I cant remember the last time I felt I wasnt being ripped off. I will call him for my future needs for everything. Heating, cooling, plumbing, remodels, everything. I may even invite him to dinner.... ok, Im still feeling the high of not being ripped off but its easy to see why All Around Heating and Cooling and Luis Jones got the ratings they did. I will review again when I use him for another project. Thank goodness for Angies list and Luis Jones

I had problem with my heater so i called luis and he came out right away. I know him already because he has done plumbing work for me in the past. Luis was fast like always and his prices are fair.

I called luis who is the owner and he came out within hours of me calling him. He had to replace the main shutoff valve in the garage which he did fast and he beat everyone elses price.

I purchased the big deal for a water heater flush, when Luis came to my house he took a look at my water heater and could have easily done the flush but instead did we would hope every service person would do - he was honest and upfront; he told me that if he does the flush on this type of water heater it would actually be damaging to life of the heater and cause it to start leaking very soon. He said that he would just give me my money back that I spent to buy the big deal. But I before he left I asked him to look at a few more items in my house that I needed work on. I had been told by another plumber that it was going to be major work to tear up the wall and tile in my shower to replace a valve that was malfunctioning so that I can actually get hot water in my shower. Luis inspected it, pulled it all apart without without damaging any tile or wall, got the knob to produce the exact amount of hot I wanted in my shower then put it all back together. He is awesome and knows what he's doing. He didn't charge me anymore money and we called it even.

It didn't go - because nothing was fixed.

I felt like it was a waste of money. All he did was walk around and look. I didn’t receive any kind of detailed report from the inspection.

The owner, Luis responded immediately to my request, arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. Completed the purpose for which I requested on my heating system and prior to leaving took time to give me other suggestions on my air condition system and also a couple of plumbing questions I had, for which there was no additional charge. I would hire his company again and would highly recommend him.

It went fine. They came out and did what they said they were going to do with no problem.

We contacted All Around to get a second opinion on some furnace issues. They showed up within a couple of hours from our phone call and performed a detailed inspection on our two units and water heater. While there were a couple of small maintenance items that were performed, the technician gave us his opinion that we did not need a new furnace, as a different company had told us. While we understand that these systems do need maintenance, repair and eventually replacement, it was refreshing for a service provider to be honest with us rather than pushing us immediately into a costly replacement. When the time comes for a new unit, Louis at All Around Heating-Cooling-Plumbing will get our business.

I was underwhelmed by this experience. I felt like I had to lead him around to do the inspection. I kind of expected him to take the lead. He did give me an estimate for the repairs needed.

Draining went fast, uneventful. It is a one-man show, so expect client phone calls during his service visit to you.

He returned my call promptly and scheduled a time to fix the part before it began to leak as it was cracked and broken. His quote was reasonable and less than other companies. His professionalism was top notch.

Called Luis Jones because heater would not blow hot air. He came over immediately and diagnosed the problem and then gave us a quote. The quote was fair and he then had to get the part and when he returned he proceed to fix the heater. This was an A+ experience. I always like to work with an owner operator when possible. I will absolutely use again for cooling and heating repairs.

I had used him in past for my heater repair so when my 4 year old flushed his toy and backed up toilet I did not hesitate to call Luis. He responded immediately, came out snaked toilet and got it flowing again! I also asked him if he knew why my dishwasher would overflow. He checked it out (free of charge) and discovered that when installed they failed to remove drain plug. So he corrected the issue! He's very polite and knowledgable I would definitely use him again!!

He arrived on time. Explained everything to my husband. When he found something wrong, he took the time to explain what the problem was and show the worn out pieces to my husband. He replaced the part and all runs good.

Everything went very well. They provided a thorugh service and explained everything very well. I was impressed and confident in their skills and knowledge of the work they performed, and they even offered honest recommendations.
