Great! We were quoted $185 (with the $15 Angie's List discount), but because it was only one spring we were charged less. Travis arrived on time, was very professional and even showed me how the garage door works! We will definitely use them again if we have other garage needs!

My husband pulled into the garage and when the door was about 2 " from the floor the springs sprung and landed with a thud. He called All Access Garage Door Co. and talked with Barbara who knew exactly why it had happened, gave a price and within the next 2 hours Travis was here and had the door up and running like new again. Great company and great people.

They were great would use their services again. Returned our call quickly and called to ask if they can come sooner. Explained what the issue was and what work would be done. Very pleasant and professional.

Great service! I called and made an appointment a week out. They called ahead of time to say they were on their way, and arrived right on time. The door I wanted repaired had a complex type of dent, and I didn't expect miracles. The work was done within about 15 minutes, as well as possible, much better than it was. I asked about the cost for a replacement door, and the prices were reasonable for both a single and double door, and they could replace the exact style that is currently in place. I'm not going to do that at this time, but good to know for the future. The service person lubricated both the garage doors and inspected the springs. He pointed out the steel wheels used in the tracks and inspected them. This was a nice extra that I had not expected, and was included in the flat price. Really nicely done, and now I have a garage door service for any future needs!

I found All Access via Angie's List, and was very pleased that I used Angies List. The phone was answered,live,immediately. I explained the situation and an appointment was made for the following AM, less than 12 house out. The tech called ahead of time and asked for permission to come early. He completed the job promptly and professionally with a two year warranty.

Excellent service, he explained evrything he was doing in detail. I will absolutley use their service again!

I contacted All Access Garage Door Co on Feb 19 and spoke with Barbara about a quote for a complete install. The quote I received was less then a national company, but I wanted to talk to some other local businesses first. I called back the next day and was able to schedule the install for Feb 22 at 9:00 AM. Travis called me at 8:15 AM and asked if it was acceptable for him to arrive early and told me he could arrive within 15 minutes. Travis arrived at 8:30, was very professional and told me he would be done in about 2 hours. One hour and forty five minutes later he had installed the new door and calibrated my opener. He had me come take a look at things and explained some of the differences of this door compared to my old one and made sure that I was pleased with how it was opening and closing. Travis left the area as clean as it was when he started. I am very pleased with the work and what I got for my money. I will definitely recommend All Access to my friends and will call them if I need repairs completed on my garage door opener or door.

We are a Property Management Company in the Las Vegas Area; and are constantly on the lookout for a good Companies with which to work. This Company has always been punctual in scheduling appointments with our Tenants, at their convenience. They can be trusted to give an honest assessment of the problem; and their process for repair are reasonable. The problem of an inoperable garage door at this residence required only a replacement of a bolt. We were only charged for a Service Call-not the bolt!

The appointment was easy to schedule, the quoted price was reasonable and accurate, the service was on time and well done. A single spring was replaced with a double spring, which improved the opener and made it quieter. The whole garage door system was aligned and tested and made better than new. Highly recommended. A $15 off Angie's List coupon was icing on the cake.

I bumped my garage door while backing out. Oops! Didn't try to sell me a new door - just did the repair and were out the door. Door actually worked better than before is hit it.

My garage door spring broke yesterday (Sun). I called All Access Garage door on Mon. and LVM. Got a call back with 5 minutes. Described the problem. I didn't ask for same day service--thought that might be "too much to ask for" The service call was scheduled by a very nice lady named Barbara who scheduled it right away. Travis, a very polite and knowledgeable service tech was out within an hour--calling when he left the shop. He quickly fixed it, showed me where to lubricate it and maintain it, and everything was done quickly, efficiently, works like a charm and I will happily recommend him to all who need garage door repairs!

It went very well. We're very satisfied with them.

One spring was broken and they recommended I change them both out since the other one may also go out soon and would be another trip. Made sense. They came out within 2 hours of calling them. They were fast and did an excellent job. They even adjusted my automatic garage door opener.

I was pleased with the work and pleased with the painter they referred to paint the two doors they replaced. Everything is great.

Knock it off the track, bent the track, bent the pannel. I was sure I had done at least $500 in damage. The repairman came the next morning and fixed it all, cost $80. Could not be more pleased.

I called and was given a price and date of installation within the week. The day of the appointment the installer called several hours early to tell me he could come then but I was not able to be home until the original appointment at 1:00 pm. At aprox 12:45 the installer called and said he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time looked over the old garage door opener and agreed it was an ancient model and VERY loud! He verified the price that was quoted to me and went to work. I asked him how long it would take and he said one hour and maybe a little more. He completed the installation in one hour cleaned up and took the old Junk with him. I am very happy with my new quiet and easily accessable garage door opener. I would recommend this company.

Everything was excellent; they had no problems finding a time that was convenient for me, they were even able to come out early, and everything was taken care of quickly and done well. Very pleased with my experience; would definitely use them again if I have any further issues.

One of the two springs had broken on our two-car garage door. All Access provided an estimate over the phone. The technician, Travis, was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and replaced both springs (they were 13 years old). All said and done, he was done in under an hour. Great work. Thanks.
