He called and was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. Clean, friendly and very efficient.

Travis was right on time, a courteous and friendly man. When I explained the problem with our garage door he knew immediately what was wrong. He fixed the problem and then explained what I should do if it ever happened again. It was a simple fix; the knowledge he left me with was priceless! I will definitely call this company in the future if my garage door stops working correctly.

I called All Access because 1 of my garage door panels was starting to buckle. I called on a Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for the following day. I received a call from Travis before my appt time asking if he could come early. He arrived shortly after and diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes. He put a brace on the panel and went over with me how a garage door works and the simple maintenance I could do to keep it running smoothly. Travis was extremely personable and professional. He in no way tried to upsell me and actually went out of his way to make sure I understood how I could keep this original (1996) door going for many more years. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would highly recommend this company!

All Access Garage Door Company were great. The work was bout 30 bucks cheaper than they said it was going to be, that's all I remember. He came out and instead of charging me a full service call, he did what he was supposed to do and a couple of other things. He tuned-up some things and it works great. The guy was super cool, he was great.

Danny arrived within four hours of our phone call asking for service. He arrived precisely on time, did the repair and even fixed a few extra things. He did a wonderful job.

We knew the garage door was in need of replacing. It had been backed into by the previous owners more than once and it was 19 years old. The second day we were there one of the hinges broke. All Access replaced it with a heavier door that had insulation blanketed between the layers. They did an excellent job and showed me how to change the opener codes and apply them to my openers, both the handheld and in our vehicle. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Danny was very professional. Did a great job. Very quick. My garage door is quieter than it has ever been. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. This is how all service providers should operate.

All Access might be the best company in Las Vegas. I was so pleased with them (this is my second time calling them) that I asked for business cards so I could spread them around to my friends. The technician was due between 2 pm and 3 pm. I received a call around 11 am asking if it would be convenient for me if he arrived before that. I replied that it would be and he arrived about 20 minutes later, exactly as he had estimated. The technician spotted the problem within 10 seconds (a broken hinge) and had it fixed in minutes. He then oiled and lubed every moving part on the door. He brought out a ladder and checked the motor since he noted that it was installed in 1999. That would have been a perfect time for him to report that it was wearing out and get me to spring for a new one. Nope ... he climbed down and reported that it was in good condition for its age. I asked him about a cable wire that spanned the breadth of the garage door. He said that it was leftover from when the door was a manual lift garage door and asked me if I'd like it removed. I said 'yes' and he took it off and put it in his truck for recycling. When it came time to write up the invoice, I asked if they gave senior citizen discounts. Yep. $10 came off the bill. I only wish they would expand their services from garage doors. I would use this company for every single job around the house.

Do to a communication error, probably on my part, All Access was not aware of my problem. When I explained it to them they immediately fixed it by installing a new wireless keypad. everything is working great.

Everyone was excellent from Barbara in the office to Travis the technician. Needed a follow-up to readjust the rails, and they did that without a problem. Will definitely use them again.

Installation went fine. Everything worked beautifully for about 6 months. Then the wireless keypad starting using batteries at a rate of one every two to three weeks. Sent an e-mail to All Access 5/27 and again on 5/31. To date 6/11 no answer. I guess their customer service is like everyone else. Once they get the money, they forget.

We sent a message to them and got a quick response. We were able to schedule the service right away. There was a slight breakdown of communication and the tech left without finishing part of the work order, but after notifying them, the tech came back right away and they also gave us a price adjustment due to the error. First class service!

One of our garage door springs broke at 2pm. I immediately called All Access an they had a technician to my house by 4:30! The garage door was repaired within 30 minutes for a fair price. I will definitely uses this company again.

We had a strange sound coming from out garage door, so we had them come out and take a look at it. Not only did they fix that problem, but they also performed routine maintenance after assessing the garage door. They tightened bolts where it was needed and made sure it was running right. We asked them if it would be necessary to put in a new motor, they said no ours was fine. It was nice dealing with and honest company not trying to make a sale. They were reasonably priced and very easy to work with.

They did a great job. They were prompt and did the work contracted for.

Very Professional, from first phone contact to completion of the installation. We were very satisfied withe the job. The staff was extremely friendly.

On a Friday evening the springs on my garage door broke. I called Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon all was fixed. They did a great job of focusing not only on the problem itself, but also making sure related components were in good shape. A couple of weeks later I mistakenly left a shelf sitting in front of the track and then closed the door on it, which then resulted in two rollers breaking off and my garage door leaning precariously off the tracks and seemingly threatening to fall off onto my truck (don't try this at home!). Called on a Saturday late morning and recognizing the problem they had someone out later that day (and it seems they had already closed their appointment list for the day). Again the problem was fixed quickly and completely, and they made sure everything was in great shape (and even fixing a light cover that was loose). They made it feel like it was a good friend taking care of your garage door rather than a shady contractor or something like that. Great work and highly recommend.

They did excellent work. Quick work. They went out of their way to help.

The tech that came out was professional and very polite. He knew exactly what he had to do to remove a lock mechanism to get into my garage. He installed a new key pad and unfortunately after installation it wouldn't work so he removed it and had to install another one again that one didn't work . Again by the third one and many more holes in my stucco then I wanted it seemed to be ok. After he left it wouldn't work as well . I called them next day and they were very nice and very prompt in coming back out and putting another one up for me. All and all I would use them again because it wasn't their fault that the factory sent them faulty key pads and they were courteous and professional .

All Access Garage Door is about as professional as you can get. Travis did all requested and with knowledge that he didn't mind sharing which was good! Absolutely outstanding, will recommend to anyone. Grade A++++++++

They did a good job and their office people were very nice.

They were wonderful. They were really good. We got their on Angie’s List and they are exactly what they say. They had a really good price and they had so many good reviews and that’s why we went with them. We checked a whole bunch of places for price and they were in line. I think they were a little cheaper and the best price. He did other things like adjusted it, oiled it and put a sticker on so we can call the number on the sticker if anything happens. He really went to a lot of trouble. He explained it to me when he fixed it and he was really nice. He knew what he was doing which is important. He fixed it a year ago and it hasn’t broke. He has a very good quality.

All Access was able to schedule an appointment first thing the following day. I was presented with a few installation options and the entire process took about 45 minutes. Garage door torsion spring snapped Friday night leaving the door stuck closed. I called All Access Garage Door Co. First thing Saturday morning and left a message. Got a call back within 5 minutes and within 3 minutes had an estimate and an appointment that day. Wonderful! Service guy called and asked to come by earlier than scheduled which worked out perfectly. He was professional and courteous. He got everything done within an hour and walked me through the repairs. This was one of the best experiences with a service business I've ever had. I hope other businesses follow their example. Great job All Access Door Co! The old opener became defective: frequently the door would automatically open after striking the ground upon closing. Initially the tech replaced the worn weather strip on the bottom of the door & adjusted the door so that it would not strike the ground with any force (making the opener "think" it struck something/someone and automatically reverse). Initially the tech told me that MAYBE this would solve the problem, but if it continued meant that the opener was defective and needed replacement. Sure enough the next day the problem occurred again: the opener "lost" the setting and slammed shut which made the door automatically reverse. The tech returned on 3/24 and installed a new opener. Total cost for both visits/service was $405. I was impressed that they did not try to 'hard sell' a new opener on the first visit, but rather told me "let's see if this works" (eg the adjustments on the old opener)
