As an owner of a service company myself, I am critical of who I call for service and expect the same level I offer with my company. So- it went great! The lady on the phone was pleasant when I called- got a same day appointment although I did not expect that, the service man showed up in the time window specified, did the work, checked other components of door mechanisms and made several other small repairs- no mess. Price did not exceed initial cost estimate. Door works better than ever- thank you Rio Rancho Garage Door.

We thought we had needed a new garage door and went to look at Rio Rancho Garage Doors due to the good reviews. We explained that our garage door was letting water in and was pretty beat up. I didn't think that the door could be repaired but agreed to having a technician come out to look at it. Thank goodness I did! An technician looked it over and thought the garage door could indeed be repaired and gave us an estimate. We made an appointment to have them come out the next day. They reinforced the garage door, replaced some cables (that were apparently speaker wires), adjusted the pressure, replaced a few hinges, and replaced the springs. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Many companies would have just replaced the garage door and never told us they could fix it. Rio Rancho Garage Doors is an honest and fairly priced company.

Very well. Erick came out to assess the stress cracks in the metal supports. He gave me the options of replacing the panels or going for a new garage door. I opted for the new doors and ordered the doors in a painted color. Three weeks later Erick and his helper came out to install the door. He is experienced and knows what he is doing and is customer service oriented. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

Great experience, reasonably priced, well worth the expertise. I called first thing in the morning, talked to Eric, who asked alot of questions, and set up a 2-hour appointment window for later the same day. Doug promptly arrived within the window.

Doug was extremely thorough in not only replacing broken springs and with a more feasible longer lasting spring/shaft assembly than I had, but he tweaked the entire door opening process for smoother running, which no doubt will aid the life of the motor (and sure is a LOT quieter.) After he did the repair/replacement, he checked and adjusted all of the settings on the door opener (which a few I had set incorrectly when I originally installed it), adjusted the sagging chain, the bar that attaches to the door, the loose brackets attached to the ceiling, the width of the tracks (had to straighten one of them), the bracket attaching the roller at the top of each side of the door that was pulling away from the door, lubed the rollers, and I'm sure I'm leaving out a few tweaks. Pricing was very reasonable for the level of expertise, professionalism, time spent, and attention to detail I received.

The serviceman was professional and friendly and pinpointed the garage door problem within a minute of his arrival. 

The repairman arrived promptly on schedule and assessed the damage immediately.  His approach was to repair only what was necessary to restore the garage door its normal working condition and to save me as much money as possible.  He had to straighten out the metal covering on the the door which was badly bent and jamming the door.  This was accomplished with hard physical work and the sheeting was restored to nearly natural condition.  The hinges and rollers were upgraded by replacing them with steel parts. He also replaced the trim on the door which was also damaged.   He worked efficiently with virtually no wasted time.  Upon completion to the project he went over the bill with me in detail which was itemized all the charges for parts and labor.  I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was in comparison to other work I have had done in the past.   I am totally satisfied with the work and the cost.

I am very pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism. He knows what he is talking about. I will call this company again for any issues with my equipment.

It went extremely well.  He showed up on time, walked me through everything he did, taught me how to minimize wear and tear on the door in the future, and charged a VERY reasonable fee.
I have already recommended Rio Rancho Garage Door to friends and will definitely use them again myself when the inevitable happens. 
RRGD is one of those rare companies who understands that doing a good job and not overcharging will create lots of return work and lots of positive word of mouth.

EXCELLENT customer service. Came in and got it done. Would highly recommend this company. Tech was the owner and very patient with me and my questions...educated me on the finer aspects of garage doors.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I had originally requested a quote for a new door and a quote to repair. I felt like all options were represented, and I didn't feel pressured to buy a door. Ultimately I chose to have it repaired and he did a great job and showed me how to do the maintenance.
