I have a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu. My car was wobbling and pulling to the right. They took the time and showed me what the issue was. It turned out to be the tires. They didn't add or charge for any possible issues. They showed me the problem first hand. Chris and the mechanics were extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this business without any reservation. I read all the reviews for car repair shops before calling out to a few and getting estimates. They were close by and had a great quote so I went with them. Went in, the inspection took about ten minutes and they gave me the estimate of the cost and then offered to take me somewhere while I waited. They said it was going to take an hour, more or less, and then in an hours time, they called and said it was done. I went back in was handed the invoice, which was for the exact amount I was quoted and paid. Hands were shook (which is huge since I am female) and thanks were given by both parties.
They say they're honest and they mean it. I never felt pressured at any point to do anything other than what I requested done to the car. They were friendly and knew what they were about. I am definitely going to return here in the future and I encourage others to do the same.

One of our vehicles is a 1983 Chevy Suburban. It has a lot of miles on it but still runs well.We have used Mister Muffler for a number of years to work on it. They have always done a satisfactory job. Their price was competitive for the job we had done this time and the work was completed on time. We have always found them to be honest and trustworthy which means a lot to us.

The reason I went there that day was because they were promoting good specials on the radio and I needed an oil change, so I thought I might as well go in. I called made an appointment, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and they got my vehicle in on time, I really appreciated that. I waited in the waiting room and they had refreshments. My vehicle was done and I asked if they could look at my vehicle's overall peformance and they were nice enough to take a look and noticed that my rear brakes weren't locking up as good aa it should have been. I asked how much it would cost to replace them and if they could, would they be able to do it today. The man went to his computer and looked at what was open for today and said he could fit me in at 4:30 pm. So I went to get lunch and waited around until 4:30 pm. He checked on me from time to time, to make sure I was still comfortable. Once 4:30 pm came they made sure the part had come in before they took the vehicle into the bay and it was. It took about two hours and they were done, I felt like I was going home with a new car and I was completely satisfied.
