I was able to make an appointment, so I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They had the tires I had researched and agreed they were a good choice for my car. Altogether, a pleasant experience! Also--they have been emailing me to remind me to get my free pressure checks and rotations, which I appreciate. They told me that my old tires should have lasted longer, but I hadn't got them rotated often enough,

quick courtious service. very fair process. i just had to pay for another warranty on the replacement tire--I have a little heartburn about that because the tire was not 2 months old, and it wasnt my fault that it failed--but it did beat paying for an entire new tire I suppose. I was pleased with the overall experience.

Discount tire has the best price for my tires so far. I need special Michelins for my heavy van and they had a great deal with a cash back visa card. Service is great and I love that I can pop in anytime for a tire check, repair , or air pressure check. Customer service and price...what more can I say?
