The guy whom I dealt with lied to me. The home owner puts up a price and they add some price to it so that they get that money. The girl that was in the office turned around and said we should have put a disclaimer in selling the house because that’s the way it is. Anyways we don’t get any mortgage if we cancel our house. Then we finally put a disclaimer and the very next day we had a knock at my door. So person from that real estate came to my house and told that we had to go right back to them to resign the contract. Then my Husband’s wallet was stolen out of my purse. We had written a cheque deposited on his name. I called the bank and told them to put a hold as had stolen it. Then he called us and told to go to their office. Then I called the bank and the lady told that she told to tell them that the cheque was redeposited to their name again but he called us to come and give the cheque to him right away. So we had to go back to New Jersey just to give him the bank cheque. I told him that the back had redeposited the cheque again but he wouldn’t agree to it and it was very difficult. My husband asked me whether I really wanted to buy it because it was really hard to buy it but it worked out perfectly and we have been here for thirty years now.
