I've used Pure Aire in the past and will continue to use their services. Staff is very nice and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Price is very reasonable. Time of arrival is punctual. In fact, arrived a little early. Called the next day as a follow-up if I had any questions or concerns. Provided recommendation for future cleanings. From the first phone call, to the service being completed excellent experience. I recommend anyone wanting to have their duct work cleaned or their dryer vent, this is an A+ service to use.

They were very willing to work with me to set up a date and time that worked into my schedule. They were able to fit me in quite quickly, which was great. The fellow who showed up to do the work were very friendly. After figuring out how to get their equipment up to the necessary floors, they got to work. Unfortunately, I was distracted by other items and wasn't able to follow up to make sure everything was attended to. Without opening up the vents, I am hoping they got everything. They did leave some dirt around, which came off of their equipment, that I had to clean up. But in all I was happy with the service.

Excellent. Dryer vent replacement required manuevering beside and behind a tightly installed stacked washer-dryer combo, then into the crawl space beneath the ground floor. All accomplished efficiently. The duct cleaning team worked around the occupants and pet and quickly had the system back in operation.

The service was an absolute disaster. They got all the dust and debris from the ducts all over my home. It was crazy. Took about a month to clean it up.

"I am sorry that you experienced what you call "poor service". We always strive to provide 110% to all of our clients. We did review our data base and noticed the service was completed two years ago. On your invoice the technicians noted (unit was very, very bad and never had been cleaned. It also stated "Wiped out all runs/covers; got everything we could except rust, treated system". You also signed the invoice with this information in the comments section. We did speak to you today and stated that the ducts are older and that you have air gaps in them. Unfortunately, sometimes air gaps cause some debris to discharge from these areas. Our technicians are trained to minimize this from happening. We wished you would of contacted us before posting a bad review two years later. As stated in or phone conversation today, we also offered to re-clean the ducts free of charge within the next two years and you declined to have this done. Our offer to re-clean the system remains open and we would be happy to provide the service, should you change your mind. Our mission at Pure Aire is to provide top quality work and provide exceptional service. We are sorry we did not live up to this for you."

To be honest, they try to get ya. They draw you in with this discount, and then they nickle and dime you once they get in the door. So needless to say we won't be using them again.
They are very professional there pricing is just, ya know they entice you with their pricing and then they get you with every little thing. Like I said, I think they are pretty professional.

Good experience from the beginning. Prompt call back for scheduling and a confirmation call prior to appt. Mike and Ron ( technicians ) were fantastic. They were professional, knowledgable and efficient. They also took the front of the dryer apart to reveal where the dryer lint gathers and poses a fire threat if left uncleaned. Service was adequate. They had cleaned my dryer vent previously and had taken the top off the dryer and cleaned it thoroughly. I assumed that would be the case this time; so, it was my fault it not asking specifically about this. When I asked the service person, he said they did that on the 1st servicing only.
