I just had the roof on my home replaced by Twin Roofing and Siding and I couldn't be more pleased. The crew showed up exactly when we were told and they got right to work even though the weather was questionable. Fortunately the rain held off and they were able to complete the job. The crew was polite, hard working and very cooperative. The owner was on site to ensure that all work was on track and that we were pleased. I highly recommend Twin Roofing and Siding to anyone wanting a great price and superior workmanship.

I choose them because they had a very individualized approach to my roof.  They didn't recommend a new venting system as everyone else had, but had a more conservative approach generally. Everything was done on time and as promised.  They were pros.  No surprises. No additional costs. Very clean and conscientious.   I would recommend them.

They used very good products because I looked up and reviewed every product they used. The price was fair and Cory Stanley, the boss, he came out to look at everything, tell us what would happened, he is a great guy, he showed up while the workers were here and after and thoroughly went over the products with us again. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.

He was so busy and he couldn't do it but he was great and he was a really nice guy. His price was good. They couldn't start for six weeks and I needed it done pretty soon. They were very nice. They came out, talked with us and gave us an estimate. We're going to go with him and the problem is, it was raining a lot that month in June. He goes "I can't start working until 6 weeks or better." I had lots of company coming. I needed it done but what's going on with the rain, they couldn't put the roof in the rain. Their estimate was a little over $5000 for the whole roof tear off and putting a new roof on. They came on time. They were professional, informative and the guy knew what he was doing.

As you stated we have a message that says please be patient we are extremely busy.....we place calls on a list according to the order we receive them and honestly we are still calling back people from MARCH!? i know its crazy but we are doing the best we can. Again im sorry we upset you."

Left this company a phone message asking for an estimate on roof repair on Friday, February 8. Then on Monday, February 11 I contacted them via their website asking for same and an estimate on window replacement. It is now March 11 and I have never heard from them. This is the second company that has done this. I guess they don't need the work with all the dough they are making from Hurricane Sandy. Their website states they will get back to you with one business day. I have been waiting a month. Thank goodness I found another company that got the work done within two weeks. Shame on you guys for not at least returning my call or answering my email. Not good for business!

ADENDUM 4/4/13 - I am responding to the company's response to my original review: My initial phone call was made between 1:30 and 2:00 pm in the afternoon. Looooooong before you close for the day. I have my phone records to prove this. Aside from this, a month has passed since I placed this phone call and you still did not make a return call to me. I also check my spam folder every few days in case an email inadvertently goes the spam folder. I then move all this mail to the trash folder, so that I can still review it should I have overlooked an email. I keep these for three months. I saw no such email from Twin Roofing and Siding. If by some very slight chance I did miss this email, please provide me with proof that you sent this. Since you are not accurate about the time that I called, how can I believe that you responded to me by email? The company that ultimately fixed my roof did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Now on to look for a window contractor.

"our records show that Member called us after we left for the end of the day on friday and we are closed on the weekends. On monday the 11th and email was sent to member stating that we are extremely backed up and that we will not be able to do any estimates for several weeks. we then said if he was willing to wait to please let us know. we never received a response back so he was removed from our list. Our phone message also states we are extremely busy and please be patient with us. we are happy to hear you found someone to perform your work and we hope everything works out great for Member. Member if you are reading this we are very sorry if you did not receive our email. sometimes they get pushed to your junk email or spam mail. thank you for thinking of us."

It was the first time I had used them. It went really well. They also paid for my satellite dish to be put back up. They completed the job all in one day. They took off two layers of shingles. They hauled away all the garbage as well.
