I called this company to have my furnace repaired. They replaced two parts that cost 15.00 and I was charged 850.00. They were not here an hour. I am a woman who I feel they took advantage of. They lied about HomeAdvisor cost to them. I would not trust this company. My furnace needed to be replaced and the tech knew this ahead of time. Basically their was no reason to do anything or to charge me anything. I would have been okay if I had been charged 50.00 for them to tell me the furnace needed to be replaced.

Other than the fact that he grossly overcharged me, he did not even perform all services billed. He never opened the unit. Fortunately I found another recommended A/C repair company who finally did the job correctly for 25% of the price your guy charged. I guess you do not check out your servicemen.

"I don't know how you rate the value 2 stars if I told you the price in advance before the service, opening the coil and clean the tray, clear the condensation line, check the condenser and add Freon R22 . Next time I think you need someone to do the job for free maybe you will give him 5 star's, and if I know what I am doing and finish quickly I don't know how this is bad."

Wally was very responsive to our heating and forced air system problem. We had water coming through our ceiling and no air conditioning on a 90 degree day. He came the same day and quickly assessed the situation. Wally was honest and direct with the cost to repair. He had all of the tools and supplies needed to do the job and was in and out in 30 minutes. We have not had a problem since.

Mr. Mahmoud responded immediately to our call. We had no heat and he quickly assessed the situation and advised us of our options. He was able to install a new furnace the very next day. The job was completed, everything was cleaned up beautifully, and the new system was fully explained to us. We highly recommend him for you HVAC needs.

Wally was in and out of the house within 20 minutes. As soon as he got to the furnace, he knew what the issue was and took care of it. He also pointed out potential future issues I may have with my system since some parts are a bit older. He gave rough estimates but did not at all try to up sell me or pressure me into making those corrections now. Just a friendly heads up.

Although my service issue was resolved, I was significantly overcharged (by a factor of 4) for a part that is commercially available for around $100 - which I found out on my own after the fact. When I called the service pro to discuss, I was told I was looking at an aftermarket part - despite having taken a picture of the make/model of the actual part he installed and searching for the exact one from a reputable HVAC retailer! Won't be using his services again.
