They quoted me a price to repair part of my sewer pipe, which would go out to the middle of my street! Price... 20,000. Not!

Horizon is known in my community to *find things* that do or may need additional expensive repairs. Was disappointed to find only this company on your site for recommended HVAC service. I will never choose to have Horizon come into my home again.

My plumber that her Rison sent was excellent! He was on time did a great job was polite friendly and professional! I m a veteran and he couldn t of been nicer about my service and gave me a great veterans discount. I always support companies that support military and veterans. Also as I said he did a great job! He was honest and did not try and talk me into things that I did not need which I really appreciated.

Outstanding service both times I have hired. This time Bryan came out to help my mom with installing a dishwasher after Home Depot delivered and wouldn't touch her connection because it was 'old'. They contacted me shortly after submitting the request and completed the work on time in under a week. They are a little pricey but worth the expense with the care taken and overall work ethic.

The technician was excellent and very knowledgeable. The cost of the repair was absurdly high.

We hired Horizon for our mom to have multiple plumbing issues resolved. The work was done and the initial quote was less than other companies had given. We felt they were courteous, mom liked them, and they did a good job. The final bill was more than we had expected, but they did run the numbers by us before we gave approval. We will use them again.

I had a clogged toilet, and they tried to sell me a new one. All they had to do was unclog it. Furthermore, they are expensive.
