Not your typical contractor, very helpful and wanted to help me save money. I will call him the next time I have a problem too!

Termite exam for house sale. Chose Arrest A Pest as they were the least expensive of the three. All were much less expensive than Terminex and were very professional. They responded very quickly and gave full details of the job they were bidding for including what they were required to do. No BS or sins of omission.

Carl our inspector was very professional. He took the time to explain what he was looking for in the process of conducting. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Had a squirrel problem in a rental property. Carl returned my call promptly and contacted the tenant promptly. He took care of the problem quickly and followed up with the tenant to assure no further action was necessary. Squirrels were taken care of on the first try. His prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him. Update - 7/22/2019 - Had an ant problem with a different property than above. As before Carl was prompt scheduling a visit and was on time. He was very open and honest about what needed to be done. I couldn;t be happier. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

The gentleman was truly a GENTLEMAN. He was straight forward and his rate was fair and competitive. I asked him what was the difference between himself and a large company, he said nothing too much except a year contract which you must commit to. he has no contract and he uses the same products. He is a very very nice man. My house was a mess and he made me feel at ease about it. He is truly a keeper���oh and no more ants or bugs!!!!. He's the best.

They were great- had squirrels in my attic. He came and in less than an hour has placed desiccating bait. no more squirrels, and it was totally affordable.

It was a pleasure working with Carl. He is very courteous and professional. He knew exactly how solve our critter problem. He kept in constant communication and made sure that the problem was solved quickly. He told me what would be done and he is a man of his word. I highly recommend his services.

He is incredibly reliable, he is very responsive and takes a lot of responsibility for the end result and the process of taking care of our issues. He didn't stop until the goal was achieved. We live in a log cabin and have multiple issues from animals, bees and fleas. We are free of all of this because of him. We have used numerous professionals before and we will never use anyone else since we found Carl.
