I am a 78 year old handicapped senior citizen with spinal stenosis among other health illnesses who hired Bryan Taxi & Limo on 03/13/2014 for pickup at 3:30 am on 03/19/2014 for a ride to the Newark Airport. My wife made the arrangements with Brian and confirmed the arrangement with him directly. On the morning that we were scheduled for pick-up, NO Bryan at 3:40 am and at 3:50 am my wife called him and both times got an answering machine. At 4:00 am we could not wait any longer so I drove to the airport. In reviewing the comments on his website, this is not the first time he has failed to pick up customers. Brian's quoted price for one-way was $165.00.

The limo service was supposed to show for pickup but did not. They also did not respond to phone calls.
