The quality was fine, they delivered the car as promised.

It's never just an oil change. It's always something else. So the bill goes up. The place is always nice. It's comfortable. I always wait. They do the job there. As far as price. What do I know? I hope they are honest. I would rather that it was lower. They have all the parts there. Nice comfortable chairs. You sit and watch television. It's just a clean well organized place.

He bought it from them because he uses his credit union for financing. We haven't taken it in for any servicing yet so I can't tell you if they're good or not because I haven't put that many miles on it yet to take it in. They seemed good. If I wanted a subaru, I'd use them again.

They have a entire check list they go through and even wash the car at the end. 

It's a pleasant experience until you pay the bill. All the staff is extremely pleasant.

Went fine. They did do some recall work also. I waited for the car. They are friendly and helpful. They seem to be very efficient and have their operation under control.

They are very efficient and they always seem to do a good job. I would give them a very high recommendation. I have friends who use them. I’ve never heard anybody complained about their price. I guess their price is okay. They are probably higher priced than a local mechanic would be.

Subaru Of Morristown saw me right away and fixed it. What I like is that I had a Subaru before that I had bought from them, and it lasted me 12 years with minimal maintenance and that is why I went back to them. They are also very helpful and their prices are good.

Made an appointment. Sale went quickly. Place was very busy. Had to wait a while to meet with finance person and for the car to be cleaned. Overall it went well. Staff is very personable.No pressure.

I bought my car from this dealer and brought it there for service. For the most part I didn't have any major problems. But then, after the 60 month service I went on a road trip and heard a rattling noise in the engine compartment. When I popped the hood I found the engine cover was loose since only one of four fasteners had been replaced. I took the car back to the dealer to ask them to replace the other three fasteners. They wanted to charge me for it. The service manager denied all responsibility even though they were the only ones to have worked on my car. After berating me, she allowed the parts department to give me the fasteners to install myself.
Even though the fasteners were only a few dollars, it was the principle that made me want them to replace them for me since they were the ones who failed to replace them after the service visit. The concept of serving the customer appears to have been lost at this dealership.
On another point, after that experience I decided to check my antifreeze since they had flushed it too. The coolant capacity was correct but there were little bits of black rubber crumbs floating in the antifreeze.r

Nothing was ever fixed on the first attempt. After I picked up the car when the radio reception was supposed to have been fixed, I noticed very quickly that it was not. When I called the dealer, they told me they "forgot" to inform me that the "guy who was supposed to replace my glass broke down on the way to the dealership." The problems with my seats were never fixed at all. The dealer kept offering me loaner vehicles, but when I need to return multiple times, that complimentary service is no longer a perk. I cannot recommend enough that you look elsewhere for service. I know I will never return to them.

The salesman was very good. Their pricing was reasonable as well. They were professional and responsive. I was satisfied with their service.

Subaru of Morristown did a good job on the brakes. This was under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. I think this place does trustworthy, honest and excellent work. I'm very happy with the service I get here. I have no complaints here.
