We were looking to cut costs, so we specifically wanted a contractor who was willing to work with us to pick up different jobs where we didn't know enough to continue forward.  Gem was recommended to us by family, and so we called them for a consultation.  The crew came in halfway through our project, hanging drywall in a room with cathedral ceilings, building a step (where we'd removed a half wall), and moving things in a bathroom including lighting, plumbing, and the bathroom door.  Everything took about three days, and the work was incredibly well done.  Looking at the rooms now, you can't tell things were moved/ faux beams were removed-- it looks amazing.  In addition, the crew was pleasant-- it was a pleasure to have them in my home and around my child.  I would definitely hire Gem again and recommend them.
