"This gentleman is unfortunately confused. We pulled the permit the same day we replaced his boiler. for some reason he had expected it to be inspected the same day which never happens, although I did tell him this countless times he will not listen. We did accidentally take one of his extra parts it ended up on one of the vans when we cleaned up at the end of a particularly long day. When Mikhail told that this happened I promptly returned it to him and I apologized for the mistake. He did not accept my apology. Because this person still owes us money for the work (which was competed and passed inspection in a timely manner by fair lawn building dept.) he wants to use this as an excuse not to pay. I have called him several times before responding to this negative review and he is never going to change his position because of the money that he shorted us. Although he did not actually say that it is pretty obvious that his intentions are malicious."
