It was great--Dave and Henry are so helpful and extremely honest. They will tell you if something really needs fixing and take the time to explain. We have serviced three vehicles there and referred them to multiple friends

We had a huge brake line leak---They had to pull all the high pressure brake lines and other brake lines(about 10-15 lines) from my Husbands Acura--did a fine job. They have worked on all of our cars--Volvo, Ford, Subaru and Acura. Very Honest. They also do all of Madison Hondas body work. Dave and Henry know cars.

Part of the tire on the sidewall came off on my 1983 Plymouth Acclaim and I took it to Rose City Repairs. I wasn't sure if this weakened the integrity of the sidewall of the tire, thus needing it to be replaced. The person there took a look at it and gave his honest opinion that the tire would be ok and NOT need to be replaced. It is refreshing to see that not every repair shop is looking to make a quick buck and recommend a repair even though it is not needed. We need more honest people in the auto repair business!

Have had them work on 4 different cars in our family. Each time was more amazing than the next. These people are so trustworthy, I would not think of taking my car anywhere else. Another place said the air conditioner in my son's car was shot and would cost $1200 to repair. A second opinion somewhere else said same thing. These people replaced the blower and something else and got the air conditioner working for about $600. My son drove the car out to Colorado and said the ac worked beautifully. My car heat gauge went to red. I thought I had a major problem and took my minivan to them. They could have told me anything and I would have believed it and paid. Instead they said there was nothing wrong except a bad sensor which they replaced at minimal cost. They are always helpful and polite and I really lucked out finding these guys!
