Timely and effective group

Took a month for the painting to happen not convinced the painters were professional - no scraping or sanding after they power washed.

Clean and efficient. No nonsense work attitude. Pleasant and respectful.

Certa Pro subcontracted out the work. I was unaware this is how the company operates. Luckily the painters they contracted were excellent. Everything looks great!

We had an excellent experience with Certa Pro from beginning to end. Renee did the estimation and promptly began the project on the day scheduled and ended on time. The work quality was excellent. Our crew, a family including mother and father Tammy and Rodney and their son Rocky, did a fantastic job, respectful and clean. They gave us plenty of time to complete a punch list and every surface was reviewed and corrections were made to our complete satisfaction.

The job here was a small job. The painting was very well done! There was a little work beyond paint that wasn't able to be completed since it would involve work in another capacity.... and then would become cost prohibitive. Again.....nice painting!

I want to be very clear in my review of Certa Pro. I would be giving Certa Pro a zero star rating, but Home Advisor does not allow it. A half star seems to be the minimum allowable. I have never posted a review on any website where I take a vendor to task. However, Certa Pro acted in such an unprofessional manner and, even more, with such unprofessional results, that I could not let it go unnoticed. If only one person is saved from dealing with this company, taking the time to write this review will have been worth the effort. Our home project required replacement of some damaged clapboard and wood trim, which we clearly explained to the owner. Despite this, and despite telling the company Job Site Supervisor on numerous occasions, Certa Pro attempted to use a wood putty to correct wood that was completely damaged and unusable. Even more, they in some locations, especially by the entry to the home, didn’t even try to repair wood, they merely painted up to the split and cracked portion and then stopped! Even the sections where the wood was fine received far from professional results in the paint applied. Again, by my home entry, it is clearly evident on a large piece of white trim that the paint was applied unevenly, to the point that you can see where some sections had two coats, others clearly did not. There was a section of the home with a damaged recessed light that, unbeknown to us, had a portion of the light held in place by tape. Certa Pro not only didn’t point this out to us, but they then painted over the tape. Again, this is an indication of their professionalism. Continuing their work, they bent our rain gutters and some of their scaffolding left marks in our roofing. Certa Pro has at least acknowledged their fault in this portion of their work, though that is all they have done so far. There is no end to the lack of professionalism that was provided by Certa Pro. Again, we have never written a review like this. Not ever. The company’s lack of effort and concern convinced me that I must at least try to help others from having the same horrendous results. We could also provide endless examples and photos of their completely unprofessional work, though this website doesn’t allow it. They would guarantee that people would hire another vendor. Thank you

Renee did a good job renewing my faith in CertaPro due to a poor experience I had at my house in Washington Crossing, PA. Dante and his crew did the rest with a quality paint job! I would highly recommend CertaPro EHT!

They actually did not do any work for me after telling me they could do it in approx. 2 weeks, they strung me along for about 6 weeks. I finally pulled the plug. I only gave one star because I had to.

Jim was very personable. Evaluated the job, told me exactly what he was going to do and completed the job as he indicated. He was there to paint ceilings & found two minor problems where the wall met the ceiling, he fixed both to my satisfaction. I didn't give a five because it was my understanding by the initial person who did the evaluation that all nail hole pops and prior taped/patch areas would be fixed. This was not done. Two separate previously taped areas were not patched, just painted over. And one nail pop could not be fixed although I do not believe this was the painters fault, he did try, but it could not be patched. Next time I would be sure to know exactly what is to be removed/ repaired and patched.

Promised to come back and fix some areas. Came back once and repainted some areas,but didn't have a large enough ladder. Promised to come back but didn't.

CertaPro painters are a quality company. The painters arrive on time and are excellent painters I would hire them again.

The best cabinet painting job ever. It looks like I just had them refaced. Priced just right for my budget. The painters were as nice as could be......and I would ask them back for other painting projects that come up in the future. I am very happy with the results.
